Charming hotel in an excellent location. You could not get better access to the Roman sites. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Comfortable bed. Renovated modern bathroom with good shower. Good breakfast choices. No lift. Free wifi. We didn't use the spa but were told but several people said that it was well worth visiting.

This hotel was very laid back and relaxing. The staff very helpful and friendly. The spa is quite relaxing after a days sightseeing. Fantastic location over the old city. The restaurant offers good food at a reasonable price. The smokers outside dining were really annoying though.

We stayed in room # 4 in Le Calendal, with view to the Theatre Antique. The room was clean, good size and a perfect location, around 50m from Les Arenes and in walking distances to other main sites. We really enjoyed staying in Arles instead of bigger Avignon, Arles has very interesting streets and squares, this location was quiet though...

My husband and I stayed at Le Calendal for 3 nights after touring around other parts of France for a week. We were warmly greeted, then promptly shown to our room with the concierge dragging my heavy suitcase up the stairs for us. The hotel provided a very relaxing atmosphere, which we enjoyed after a whirlwind trip. They were very...

In 2 weeks of traveling in France, we have not found more friendly and helpful a staff. The courtyard is a Godsend for a weary traveler seeking to escape the bustle. Highly recommend.

Ideally located in the heart of Arles, the Calendal has a beautiful courtyard garden where the copious buffet breakfast is served. The rooms are decorated in provincial style, impeccably clean and the rooms facing the garden are peaceful and calm. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This was my third stay, having tried many of the other hotels in...

We stayed at Calendal in mid-Sept, attracted to its good review on tripadvisor and the lovely room pics on its official website. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff was friendly to greet us and said she would show us our room first and then directed us to the parking lot. She was very nice to come with us...

My family and I split 2 rooms over 1 night at Le Calendal in early September. You just can't beat the location! Breakfast isn't included, but the cafe downstairs is good for some coffee and croissants. Wifi was good and computers were available downstairs by the lobby. If you're driving, pick up a helpful map from the front desk...it was...

The service provided from the moment we entered the hotel to our departure was exceptional. One example explains it all. We were due to take a train to Paris when we checked out of the hotel the next morning. The concierge kindly ordered a cab for us. At the appointed hour, no cab appeared; the concierge called to confirm, yes,...
