Dear Luvcruisn, Thank you for taking time sharing your experience in our hotel and for your differents remarks. We are sorry you did not come to reception during your 2 weeks stay to let us know about the things that bothered you. We could have give you some solutions. For the towels, we could have ask the housekeeping to give you some brand new towel during your stay if you found the one you had too fine. Also, he "body wash" in the bathroom was hair and body shower gel. Moreover, we give some shampoo and conditioner as complementary in our Privilège rooms which are also larger and with some other complementary such as peignoir, expresso machine... Anyway we are glad you enjoy the breakfast and our beds (which could have been a keen size as well) and we hope to welcome back any time soon.

Stayed 2 nights in a twin room. Taxi dropped us off in the basement garage, and we carried our luggage up a short flight of stairs to the lobby. Easy check in, polite service, staff speaks English. Conveniently located within the old town walls. No bad smells in the lobby

Dear CKFong, Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience in our hotel. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. For the luggages and valuables we put them in a closed room made for this and we put a tag on it with a indivual number that you get as well. I am sorry if you did not found that enough. Yes we do not have concierge, but the reception is happy to help as much as possible. We appreciate your sharing your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future.

Bonjour, Thank you for your email and question. If you are arriving at the TGV station, there is two possibilities to get to the hotel: you can take a taxi (approximately 20 € - 15 min from the hotel) or you can take a train shuttle to the central station. Then, it's a 15 min walk through the main avenue (rue de la République) and the main square (Place de l'Horloge) in direction to the Pont d'Avignon! See you soon! Nicolas Front Office Manager
