The room is recently renovated, very nice and clean. There is a free parking. The lady in the reception is very friendly and helpful. The are is nice and close to Nice and Monaco. Apart from the room, hotel needs renovation. There are around 10 parking spaces but people from the neighborhood park there because is free and if you...

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. When we first got there, the hotel looked ancient with a few pealing walls. But the staff was extremely nice, fluent in her English and very helpful. The room we got was renovated and very nice. The hotel is definitely great value for the price we paid.

Nice welcome and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good, but the walls in the corridors are badly in need of decoration, so it all looks a bit run down. free wireless internet

At 80 euros a night, with breakfast at 8 euros a person, we did not get a lot of bang for our buck here. The furnishings were outdated and charmless and the room smelled like old carpet. The shower also did not have a curtain, so it was basically a small bath with a shower head. Not so great for...

As a lone traveller I was made to feel exceptionally welcome by Catherine and immediately felt at home. I liked the hotel but thought it a shame there was no bar or other public space, apart from the breakfast area. It seems the rooms are allocated randomly and some are much larger than others. I had a lovely room with...

This is a 2 star hotel and at 35 euros each a night for a double room you can't expect too much. Good points: nice helpful staff with good english, modern room with good bed, bathroom and air con, handy location near shops and 5 mins walk to the beach. Bad points: the hotel looks quite run down, the rooms...

We stayed 4 nights at this lovely small hotel. Although its condition is slightly on the older side - but the room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. Other reviewers mentioned the "thin walls" and hence, noise issue - but we found this was not too bad since other guests were quite considered and kept any noise to a...

The room was small-ish, dated and looked like it could do with a bit of attention, the bathroom looked like it was brand-new! Also the hotel from the outside also looked dated. The hotel is close to the centre of Beaulieu Sur Mer but I did not think it was noisy. Free Wi-Fi. Breakfast is included, but nothing special. I...

First, the hotel is in a good, quiet location - five minute or less walk to bus stop, 10 minute walk to train station. We got a quad for our family of 4 which was a very good value. I was a bit disappointed with our room - it was dark and outdated; the 2 single beds for our children...

We stayed in Beaulieu for 3 nights in June,Le Havre was really handy to the beach with an easy walk. Catherine was a wonderful Host nothing was to much trouble and she was interested in our country New Zealand. The walk to Cap Ferratt was great would recommend that. A nice quiet place to stay away from the hustle of...
