The hotel is located a short walk from the beach and certainly within walking distance of restaurants and shopping streets. The street side renovated room was spacious and quiet with comfortable beds. Wi fi worked well on second floor, staff were helpful and friendly and parking was €16 per day in the garage. There is a reserved space in front...

it is a very basic hotel. Names suggest that it at the centre of the Cannes but it quite far from the Palasis Reception is friendly but not really helpful. You need to chug your luggage to your rooms all by yourself. You can actually look into nearby houses since they are so closeby. Breakfast is very basic with mimimum...

Week away with work so budget was tight especially in season and yes it is adjacent to main road into Cannes but central to everything and yes the exterior is not that appealing but it was clean with pleasant staff, sufficient continental breakfast, air con in all areas, secondary glazing to rooms on roadside, small bar to rear courtyard area...

The exterior of the Hotel does not look too inviting however we were pleasantly surprised with the room. It was comfortable, big for European standards and clean. Also, it was in the heart of the city close to shopping, restaurants, cafes and the market. The reception was nice and highly recommeded despite a 3 star rating. However, do avoid higher...

Underground parking, for a fee (a dozen places, with good maneuvering space, but expensive). Reception welcoming and very friendly. Very small elevator. Room very wide and with new furnishings. Old fixtures that close evil. It lacks a mini-refrigerator. Private terrace. Bathroom a tad bit dated. Breakfast average. Wi-fi (free) is average. One of the best relationship quality/price in Cannes center.

You basically get no service, a super small elevator, not too friendly reception close to a large Avenue of Cannes. Be sure to keep record of the card you used to book your stay otherwise you will spend hours checking in.
