The owner runs the Hotel. she's very friendly and helpful. The Free Parking was the reason why we chose it and based on the positive reviews. For a two stars hotel, free parking and the low rates they offer, it was one of the best deals ive got. it is also not far away from the beach about 10 mins...

This is not a fancy hotel, yet it's nice and clean, the staff is incredibly friendly, the rooms are spacious, the breakfast is good, and you're a 5 min walk away from the Promenade. I was there for MIDEM and I enjoy staying away from the crowds at least for a few hours a day. This place was perfect, and...

Our trip to Cannes was well organized and prepared, including our transportations from the train station to the hotel, this hotel is a family business, with all meanings of this word, you can feel it as a friendly place. The most I liked is the location (very close to everything), it is nice and convenience and I stayed in this...

We stayed for a week and the host kindly offered us a family room (we booked a double room), it was spacious and very clean. There is a big bathroom with a tub, no shower though, but it wasn’t a big problem to us. We are very happy with the price we pay and the standard of the room we...

It is a really fantastic hotel; about 10min walk from the promenade of Cannes. The room was really spacious and lovely furnished. Even though we arrived real early we could already take the room and use the on site free parking area. Evelyne the owner, made us feel like home. The breakfast which can be booked for around 7€ was...

We stayed here for five nights. The hotel is very well managed by a lovely couple, who were warm, friendly, intelligent, and helpful. The location was perfect for us, in easy walking distance of the train station and the town. This was our first trip to Cannes, and our hostess, Evelyne, responded to my numerous email inquiries promptly and clearly....

Hotel Albert 1er is la perfect place to stay when visiting Cannes and Côte d'Azur. It is located 5-10 minutes walk from the Cannes Port, Old Town and 20 minutes walk from the beach. And the value of the money is very good! Rooms are clean and comfortable with very nice decor details. We had a huge double room with...

Ok. So Cannes is expensive. This hotel is not. And it's run by a lovely couple. I would have painted the walls, changed the curtains and the lampshades. But a good bed and a great breakfast made up for all of that. Also very efficient and silent aircon. So I you want a low budget, friendly two star hotel with...

The personel is very friendly. They treaded us very nicely, and everthing was great. The room is a bit small, and noisy after 10 a.m., but still very cozy. The bathroom is large. Recomend. Stay 2 nights instead of 1.
