Have been several times to the Cannes Film Festival for my work and 2 times we booked a room at this classic hotel. The service is friendly, the room is great, the garden with the pool is very nice and the breakfast is satisfying. Very close to the Palais the Festival on The Croisette where everything is going on during...

Nothing fancy about this property except that this used to be a french chateau. We arrived on a Wednesday and that was just a day before Cannes film festival was scheduled to begin. Cannes in general is a PRETTY BORING place . Extremely Extremely crowded. Lanes Blocked and traffic moving slower than pedestrian traffic and HUGE!! traffic snarls. This could...

This is a nice property. The rooms are decorated in a Victorian style. The bathroom has either a shower or a tub. There is free parking, which is very nice. it is a little ways from the center of the town although with in walking distance to the beach.

My wife and I stayed here a week before the film festival: (1) Room Size - the basic rooms are the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in, with less than 1ft each side of the bed. There is literally no room to get changed, we kept getting in each other way! The (upgraded) 'classic' room is more like...

When I was 6, in 1951, my Mother and I moved from Detroit, Michigan where she worked for the U.A.W., to Europe as she was offered a position with the Marshall Plan. We lived in Stockholm, Sweden and then Badgotesburg, Germany. We used to vacation all over Europe, but there is only one place that remains seared in my memory-...

We didn't stay here from choice: my husband was hospitalised from a cruise ship for emergency surgery and our insurer put me in this hotel as it was very close to the clinic. I could not have been in a better place, with staff that looked after my every need in the difficult circumstances and a hotel that is exceedingly...

We stayed in this hotel and found the staff very welcoming initially. The bedroom was very modern and clean. I liked that they provided us with a kettle and tea as most European hotels do not provide this. The hotel grounds are small but they had made use of the small space with pool and outdoor dining area. The only...

We were looking for a hotel at a mor quite place in/near Cannes. We ended up at the Chateau de la Tour. In one word: marvelous Beautiful location. A very nice chateau with excellent rooms. You would expect extreme high prices, but compared to the hotels in the Centre of Cannes, it is very well priced. Staff is extremely helpful....
