This hotel is well located in Frejus and the rooms and facilities are pretty good, but not necessarily great. But the restaurant though is first class. Menu was eclectic and inspired and the execution was amazing - my tagliatelle lobster was divine. Great wine list too. Breakfast spread was good as well. Definitely stay if in the area (or at...

What a nice and cosy hotel with nice rooms and a lovely pool and outdoor surroundings. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed on Mondays. We will definitely be back - and next time we'll stay for at least 3-4 days.

This hotel is simply perfect Everything from the gorgeous setting , fabulous poolside accommodation and amenities, to the warm and friendly staff... And the food... Managing a restaurant myself I obviously have high expectations.. But they are all met and superseded here.. The constant flow of locals dining at lunch and dinner clearly approves of this creative and talented chef...

The staff are friendly and helpful but the Hotel is not as well kept as it used to be. The public areas around the reception and the pool were quite grubby and are a reflection of low standards. These things are not difficult to put right, I just wonder why the manager does not notice them?

Fantastic location in the lovely Old Town of Fréjus (though be warned, this is nowhere near the seafront of Fréjus-Plage, which is about a 10 minute drive away). Very convenient location across the road from the small train station - very handy for day trips by train. The hotel has a small, secure parking lot at EUR 12 a day....

We booked this hotel due to our children and grandchildren holidaying in the area. We pre booked and pre paid via booking.com for 14 nights and got great value. We requested a ground floor room which the hotel delivered on. We stayed in room 35 which was right by the pool which was never an issue for noise or disturbance...

Arrived late in evening, the narrow streets were packed with cars but the hotels secure parking for 12 euro was a blessing. Hotel restaurant closes at 21:30 which I thought was early for peak summer season, but found a pizza place a few streets away that was open til 23:30. Room =very olde French charm, one of my curtains was...

This is about our 6th visit to Hotel L'Arena. It is located in the old town of Frejus, a short walk to the town square and its many restaurants and a very short drive or bus trip to Frejus beach and St Rafael. The hotel is set around a lovely tropical garden with palm trees and a beautiful pool, with...
