For the price you pay, this is the best bet in that area. You get to see the see from the balcony or the french windows and the owner, Pat and her daughter are lovely people who go out of their way to make you feel at home. The breakfast which they give for 8 Euros is continental and if... More

We travelled with my boyfriend to Juan les Pins and stayed in this wonderful hotel 'Eden' for 7 nights. We were fully happy with the service provided by two kind ladies that were running the hotel. We got a nice view from the room to the beach. The location cannot be better. Close to railway station, restaurant streets, beach. Just... More

Good very clean boutique hotel. Sunny terrace for breakfast. Thank you Patricia for your friendly personalized assistance. What to see, car parking, best beach close by, as well as clean beach towels, chair, and umbrella. This hotel is a block from the beach but rooms do have a view of the water.

The Eden is a charming, family run hotel in a good location. It's close to restaurants and bars in Juan-Les-Pins as well as the beach and train station and Antibes is only a 15 minute walk away. We opted for one of the smaller rooms with a sea view. It was elegantly furnished and the bed was really comfortable. For... More

We had an incredible experience at Eden. Patricia is one of the best people on the planet, closely followed by her daughter Aurelie. They were so helpful, friendly, engaged and really cared about us. They gave us wonderful suggestions about places to visit, restaurants to try, etc, and each suggestion worked out to be fantastic. Their extensive knowledge about Juan... More

I stayed at The Eden a few years ago and was not disappointed when I returned last week. Patricia and Aurelie are a delight......nothing is to much trouble and they are "happy people". Aurelie has a formidable kick when dealing nicely with pigeons as does Larna "the cat",........when chasing the pigeons. Enjoyed by all residents in the best spirit over... More
