The best part was probably the size of the room and the fact that it had a balcony. It was very good sized, including the bathroom, although still not much counter space. The bed was comfortable. There was a full length mirror and plenty of clothing hangers. The staff was pleasant and helpful, especially with parking in their garage, which was tight. Location is really good - lots of shops, restaurants, etc. very close by. We only stayed one night, so it was all more than adequate. Everything was just a little worn out. The furniture, the carpet, etc. It was clean though. For the price we paid in off season, ehhh it was fine. But if I was paying a much higher price I'd expect a little more finesse or something. Breakfast was mediocre at best.

We stayed for three nights , the location was great , very comfortable room and bed , staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly, big shout out to Cristiano who was always smiling and helpful. Excellent breakfast , would definitely recommend.

Loved this little hotel in the heart of Menton. Staff couldn't have been friendlier. Lovely friendly welcome and very helpful too. Close to everything and only 5/10 minute walk to beach. Bars and restaurants on your doorstep. Hopefully I will be back

We have returned to Ibis Styles Menton hoping to get the same amazing suite experience with the balcony. To our disappointment- despite paying 300 euros per night (steep rise from last year) we got allocated much smaller suite without outside space. I have compared my photos and difference was significant- I think it should warrant different pricing. There were no extras there: we even had to chase bathrobes which were later provided. We did not hide our disappointment as we were really looking forward to this stay. I did not suspect that there are different types of suites and that you can have less space for more money charged. The team was really nice and tried to help but there were fully booked in August as due to their outstanding service they have a lot of repeated custom. They endeavoured to minimise our disappointment but we just really not enjoyed our accommodation this year so four stars are really to recognise front desk team: Cristiano, Sonia, David and Diego - they really care about their guests and go extra mile. Cristiano remembers details about every guest and is genuinely friendly. We will contact them directly next year rather than booking on accor.com to ensure we get the suite from last year.…

Very good service from friendly polite and efficient staff The hotel is well located with easy access to the beaches and the beautiful old town It is also convenient to all other services eg chemists and supermarket Within walking distance of the station which unfortunately is undergoing major redevelopment so limited services available

It has been our second stay at this location (previously: June 2019). The hotels offers excellent location (Center of Menton Old Town and not more than 500 m to the beach). Cleanliness is outstanding (rooms/lobby/breakfast area). Hotel offers very good breakfast. Entire hotel team with the manager are amazing .... very helpful and friendly. WE WILL BE BOOKING THE NEXT STAY IN 2023.

Really enjoyed our visit to Menton, gorgeous lived in town, hotel close to beach, train station & lots of great restaurants nearby. We spent two days @ Monte Carlo Tennis Open so ideal location, took train each day to Tennis. The hotel is fantastic value , super helpful staff, spotless , quiet & a very good breakfast. Hope to visit again very soon

Typical for an Ibis Styles, well-located from the train station and close to the beach and restaurants (10 mins). Friendly, efficient and honest service. Rooms are of adequate size, and make efficient use of the space. Not a luxury resort (of course), but a great place to explore the area. Breakfast quality quite good, although more hot/healthy options suggested.

Do not expect luxury at Ibis Styles . Ibis styles does offer Great location close to the restaurants & attractions. comfort in every level where rooms have private balcony and sofas for sun and breeze . very friendly service from the team ( including Cristiano ) , Great Value for money . Free cappuccino, latte and Detox drinks .
