I visited Menton with my husband recently and I must say that the hotel Napoleon made everything that bit more romantic and special. As expected, the service was faultless, the rooms were airy, bright, yet wonderfully private. But the Napoleon went further to create a perfect atmosphere: friendly staff, magnificent food and that little ice cream shop they recommended.... Devilishly...

When arriving at the Hotel Napoleon, we were greeted with glasses of freshly-made lemonade--so refreshing after our hot pilgrimage from the train station. Menton is known for its lemon trees and even hosts a lemon festival in February. The hotel staff couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful, always ready to meet our every need. Our room was in the...

The Hotel was an excellent place to stay, opposite the beach and a string of good restaurants along the beach. The seafood and general cuisine was excellent, and the hotel is within a nice walking distance along the sea front into the town which is old world charm and provides stunning elevated views back along the beach and over the...

We had a great time over the 5 nights that we spent here. All staff were friendly and extremely competent--no weak links in the chain. Efforts went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. These folks are pros and it shows. *The proximity to the bus, train and also Val Rehmah Garden shouls factor in your choice here.

My wife and I spent three nights at Hotel Napoleon. We arrived by train, the station is within walking distance. Everything was perfect. The room was extremely clean and modern. We had a sea view room with a balcony that I would highly recommend. The walk into town is short and is lined with restaurants and bars. There is a...

Looking forward to returning...

Positioned on Carvan Bay this hotel commands an excellent position with a beautiful view of the old town and is over the road from the beach. It is a 10 minute walk to the old and new town which is full of excellent shopping and eating. Food has a real Italian bias. The hotel is walking distance to Italy. The...
