Make sure you bring a midge spray, we all got bites (10 of us in 5 rooms). Air conditioning is good! Wi-Fi and internet is utterly rubbish you get kicked off every couple of minutes. Breakfast is good - good coffee machine and more than just cheese and ham on a baggette

The worst hotel I have ever stayed inThe French Faulty Towers. Not a 3 star hotel a no star Bed and Breakfast. Reception untidy and receptionist untidy a dog walking around reception. Check in was unprofessional the list of guests was an old piece of A4 paper handwritten and it took them 5 minutes to find my booking. The room was like a single room with a double bed and a big tree outside the room overlooking a big appartment block. There were no free toiletries in the room except one small tablet of soap in spite of the web ite showing some 6 toiletries in the bathroom. The web site does not mirror the actual state of the hotel. It states a bar there is no bar and we later found out that they had not had a bar for SEVEN years because they have had no license but this is still shown on the web site. The bar area was like a cleaners room with childrens toys all over the place. There were no tables and chairs on the terrace. All the staff were very untidy and not professional and none wore name badges. Only two of the staff spoke english one was the nightman who was very helpful and the other lady who checked us in who only seemed to work two days a week. The dining room was not very smart and the food very sparse. The lock up garage was very good and was the only thing that was as quoted on the web site that was correct. When we complained about the room we were told if we did not like it we could go somewhere else, hardly customer service. We were only there for four nights so did not want to spend a day looking for somewhere else when we could be out sightseeing. I told them I wanted another room and would not pay any more for a larger room. On the second day we were give a larger room with three beds at the front which was a lot better but why were we not given this the first night. We booked this hotel after viewing the hotels own website and nothing on the website was true it was all lies. I hope that this information spares somebody else having the disappointment of staying at this hotel. We were quoted a fee of 11 euros a night for garage parking but after we returned home and I looked on the Logis web site as they are in the process of grading this hotel did I find the winter fee is 9 euros and the SUMMER rate is 11 euros and March is not summer.We will never evert return to this hotel.…

Located about 20 minutes from the beach (a nice walk), the hotel is tiny but characteristic and nice. Room was clean and renewed, we had basically everything we needed for our one-night stay. Just the double bed was a little too small for us. Staff was very friendly and helpful, very convenient the reception open 24 hours. Parking was full and it took some time for us to find a spot.

On our return trip driving from Greece to Spain, we stopped at this charming little hotel. Even though we arrived very late in the evening, the 24-hr. concierge was helpful and we especially liked the enclosed garage to leave our car. The room was simple, clean and adequate for our needs; breakfast was an ample variety of food. Located on the main road from the highway, it is pretty quiet in the evening and a short walk down the hill to town…a very nice village which we must return to see in depth and we know where to stay again.

We have just spent 5 nights at this hotel a 3 star hotel near the town centre which made it convenient to get Around. The hotel was comfortable and suited all our requirements. I would be happy to stay here again. Note if using the stairs beware as they are marble and I slipped off them and fell down said stairs.

Just back from 4 nights at this hotel. When we checked in, the room was pristine. The room was extremely small and was on the ground floor on the enclosed garden area. You get tea making facilities and all the basic requirements of a small hotel. The only thing that let it down was the standard of cleaning whilst we were there. Bins were left full in the room and the bathrooms were not cleaned to the standard when we first went in. The outside space of the garden was not well attended and the rooms were quite claustrophobic. I would choose a hotel nearer the centre and with a view of the sea if I visit Menton again.

The hotel is located about 5-10 minutes drive from the motorway, and about 10 minutes from the centre of Menton. The staff are friendly and helpful, our room was adequately equipped, with functioning airconditioning and wifi, and the buffet breakfast was ok. So nothing to get excited about - it is better than "average", but not "very good". If I visit Menton again, I will certainly check availability in the Riviera

The service here is friendly and although the rooms are small, they have everything we needed: air conditioning, a good firm bed, modern bath, plenty of electric outlets, wifi and even a handy small fridge that was NOT filled with mini-bar so we could put our own things in. We particularly appreciated the availability of a private garage, even though it is an extra fee. The hotel is a fairly long walk from the sea-front. Breakfast choices varied and suitable -- just missing sugar substitute.

My sister and I stayed here for a few days while traveling abroad. The rooms were small, but clean. They advertise having free wifi, but it normally quit working after about 30 seconds, unless you use it during the middle of the night when nobody else is on. Besides that, it was a decent stay. Not too long of a walk from downtown and the beach
