Really nice appartments with good balcony, the surrounding area was calm and quit, the curtins in the appartment made the room all black so you could sleep really good. The bed sofa was really confortiable and you could easily just but it up to get more space in the appartment. The personal was really nice and knew good English so you could get the answer you needed.

I was booked into Rivages des parc for 3 weeks but as construction began I was offered and alternative booking at les citronniers about 600 meters away With no fuss I took a studio which although adequate featured a murphy pull down bed and no room to move when it was down , I prefer a single anyway being over 80 and a bit handicapped. Anyway with no problem and no increase in price I was offered a larger apt with bunk beds in an alcove, Perfect for me I was really pleased with the management who accomodated me with no fuss The apartments in the citronniers are all studios I believe and all very well furnished with every need for comfortable stay However , while the apartment may not be adequate for a family they are extremely good for a couple with perhaps a small child ,, for a larger group they should go to the other property rivages des parc which offers many variations in shapes and size Both properties are in good locations rivages is nearer the sea and casino while the citronniers is closer to shopping and the mall d…

The great budget apartment near to a gare. 5 minutes walk to both city beaches. Enough space for 4 people. Fully "packed" kitchen. 1 minute walk to a supermarket (U Express). We'll definitely stay here the next time in Menton.

A lot of reviewers don't understand how Pierre & Vacance residences work, so be sure to read the information closely. If you go, understand when the reception is open and when you can check in. Also know that these are mini-apartments, and as such, you do your own housekeeping. The rewards of staying here are many: The flats are small and simple, but tastefully furnished. Having a kitchen is the best! There are so many places to get fresh food that you can make and enjoy. Everything is close by: the beach is about 4 minutes away, the grocery story about 2 minutes, and lots of shops all around. I've stayed here twice and I enjoy it very much. I love this place, but it's not for everybody -- so read the fine print!

Location is 5 minutes walk from seafront and pedestrian zone. U supermarket 2 minutes walk. Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. 10 minutes walk to train station. Parking a little tight to get in and out.

Overall the place is very nice, Menton is a great place to stay, very close to Monaco. However when you travel for business, you need a much better internet connection. Wifi connection is so bad that you cannot call someone on WhatsApp.

In one night there was a extremly loud construction side right outside of the hotel. Of course it was not the mistake of the hotel, but disturbing anyways.The rest in the room was perfect, we enjoyed our stay and the evening on the balcony.

Great base to explore Menton and surrounding towns and villages. Rooms had everything we needed, cooked in the room most nights. Bakers opposite and small supermarket a 2min walk for supplies. Very clean, all staff were helpful, would definitely recommend.

We recently stayed with Résidence Pierre et Vacances Les Citronniers on my first ever visit to the South of France! We arrived at the apartment late which meant that the reception was closed, but I called ahead and the reception left our key in a security box and advised me of the code when I provided them with our booking reference. The apartment was small, but perfect for what we needed! We had a bed that pulled down from the wall that was super comfy and the kitchen included 2 hobs, a kettle, a toaster, a fridge (and small freezer) and a microwave which helped us to save a lot of money on dining out every evening. The apartments have a secure underground parking that it is charged at 7EUR a day, which was great and were located a 5 minute walk from the train station which had quick, direct trains straight into Monaco, but even if you don't want to venture out, Menton is also a beautiful place. I was initially concerned about the noise from mopeds and the bin collections were at around midnight, but which the electric shutters down, you couldn't hear a thing and also provided an extra layer of security. The staff were friendly and the apartments were clean and there was evening a laundry room where you can wash and dry your clothes (for an extra charge of around 6EUR) Overall I am so pleased we chose to stay here as it was absolutely perfect for our trip and we WILL be returning!…
