An excellent location, handy for Nice and the surroundings. We use the villa to visit family in Nice and have stayed for weekends and up to 2 months. The location is quiet and the building is always spotless. Clemence is usually on hand to give a warm welcome and assist with any queries.

We skipped last summer family's trip to Nice. I needed to be back ! We just had a fantastic romantic stay with my husband for a "birthdays/Valentines" long week-end escape. We spent 3 nights, in the flat 21, with balcony, painted ceiling, great romantic large bed.... I just love this place. Always great to be welcomed back by Christian and...

Oh I dont know how to say!!. I love old things and history I felt really special that I had a chance to stay in this 100ish year old villa. I had a feeling that it was something money couldn't buy. The house is in distance walking to city center but there are buses passing once in 10-15 minutes. I...

Dear Doubledinner, Thank you very much for your feed back. We are very pleased that you appreciated the Villa Léonie. Our guests really enjoy our "belle époque" residence for his charming atmosphere. Villa Léonie is a beautiful old building in a very green and calm surrounding. We stayed in apartment 20 for five weeks. There is plenty of space in the apartment, including a kitchenette and a small balcony. The apartment, as well as the villa as whole, is decorated in an old fashioned style, with old fashioned furniture; the ambience is...

We came, one more time, for this year first school break. Family run flats rental. Always there to help you if you need something. Corine, the main maid, is just fantastic. Nice to be back. Baby and kids friendly. We choose this time the flat on top floor with the terrace over looking the port. Great place to enjoy sun...

We were here for five nights in April and had a wonderful time. La Villa Leonie is conveniently located within walking distance from the Port, Old Town, and public transportation access. The rooms are clean, nicely sized, and come with a small cooking area for heating up food. It feel like living in someone's home (because you actually are) and...

Very charming property with a lovely garden area. Quiet and intimate, it is family friendly or ideal for a retreat. Close to the harbour and next to a bus stop. Clémence is very nice, helpful and speaks great English.

Villa Leonie is an old classic Riviera villa with modern bathrooms. When you enter the villa, you will feel the blue vintage south of France. The villa is very nice and clean, close to everything from supermarket, beaches, restaurants, bus stops, train station and off course the old city/port. I lived there for four beautiful months while I was working...

We had a 3 room apartment at Villa Leonie and it was just perfect. With 2 children (age 1 and 6) we wanted space and separate bedrooms for one of the kids. Also - we had living room with kitchen and rather big table to sit and eat at. The service from clemence is very good - you really feel...
