stylish, well appointed, comfortable and air conditioned hotel in a wonderful location. Convenient to the train station, buses to the airport, and a short walk to the pedestrian friendly center of Nice, Boulevard des Anglais and the beach.

My husband and I spent 7 nights at this lovely wee hotel. We just loved it. Our room was very clean and stylish with a balcony overlooking the front street. It was big enough for both of us and we certainly didn't feel cramped. We had ample storage space and the bed was particularly comfortable with cool crisp white sheets ....

We stayed here for eight nights the first week in September - a good time to come to Nice, as it was less crowded yet the weather was still great. We were pleased with the hotel on the whole. We paid a little extra for a larger room, it was on the top floor overlooking the church and was certainly...

This Hotel is in the perfect location for the old town - promenade or the main line station all within 10 minutes walk. The hotel offers good accommodation with clean comfortable rooms, the staff are extremely helpful, and would I have no hesitation in returning, we never had breakfast as there is a great Coffee shop two minutes walk away

We stayed here for four nights. It was very comfortable with friendly staff. The breakfast was worth the 12 euros had everything you want for a European breakfast and more. The one downfall was the bathroom require more space to hang towels after use.

perfectly situated in more upscale part of the city, stopping just around the corner and beach and old town only a ten minutes walk away. Clean rooms with excellent bed. Bathroom a bit small, but well equipes. Good value for your money.

Recently stayed for 5 nights in an executive double in this beautiful hotel. Asked if it was possible to get a room with a view when booking and we definitely did. Two balconies and a corner window as well. We overlooked both streets but the traffic noise didn't bother us when the windows were open...you are in a city...quiet when...

We spent 3 nights at this hotel. The first night our room was on floor 2 facing the street. The noise from the street - cars, motorcycles and even people talking was too loud for us. However, the next morning the staff was very helpful in changing our room to a quiet room. All the staff we interacted with were...

Very comfortable and clean rooms with excellent choice at Breakfast. Room overlooked the rear of hotel within the block and was very quiet. Air conditioning was effective. Centrally situated for station, city and seafront.

Loved the neighborhood. It was quiet at night and only 4 blocks either way from the train station and the Promenade. (Don't take a taxi! Too expensive!) The room we got was big, comfortable bed, beautiful bath. Terrible wifi! Bath was fresh and updated. Slippery floor when wet! Breakfast was expensive (14euro) and in the basement. Weird. No action at...
