This hotel is 5 min walking distance from Gare Nice-Ville. 20 min walking distance to the beach. I like this location a lot. The decoration of this hotel is lovely. My friend's room is in blue/yellow tone and mine is in pink tone. The bathroom is very small but acceptable. The overall environment is very clean and cozy. I love...

The hotel is really charming. The rooms have a very good size and are very well decorated in a french retro style. The lobby looks like a vintage cafeteria and you are treated with free nespresso coffee during the whole day. You also have some snacks for free during the afternoon, also in the lobby. The staff is friendly and...

I stayed here for two nights and I couldn't recommend Villa Otero enough! Stunning decor, very lovely staff, our room was comfortable yet very elegant. I loved all the details, from the Art Deco paintings and mirrors - it really made me feel like I was staying in an opulent Nice mansion rather than a hotel, which I loved. We...

We stopped at Villa Otero for a 3 day break to Nice at the end of October. The hotel is well located to arrive from the main train station or from the airport shuttle bus service, with a quick 5 minute walk from either drop off points. The walk however means you have to walk past a couple of road...

The hotel is in a good location close enough to everything you need to spend a couple a days in the south of France. Short walking distance to the beach front or from the station for day trips to other close by cities. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and worth including in the stay. We...

My girlfriend and myself enjoyed a weekend trip in Nice, and Villa Otera was definitely a part of this pleasant trip. First of all, the hotel is literally 4/5mins walking distance from the main train station. The bus from the airport drops you in front of the station, which is 6 euros one way per person. We arrived 9pm in...

The Hotel Otero is possibly one of the friendliest hotels I have ever stayed in. A chic and cosy interior greets you, and muti-lingual 24 hr staff welcome you. The lobby rather than your room contains a wide selection of hot drinks and snacks, the buffet breakfast is varied and fresh. All the staff are very helpful..in particular Alain who...

Awesome hotel, awesome staffs, awesome service, and awesome stay! A cute, belle epoch style boutique hotel with great staffs and amenities. 24-hour free access to coffee (they have a Nespresso machine and a standard coffee machine with good selections) and tea, happy hour access to all of their Happy Culture locations within Nice where each hotel has a different themes...

This hotel is ideally situated near train station and trams. Hotel itself is lovely but could do with sorting out air conditioning which didn't work and made room very warm at night. Staff were very friendly and made us very welcome

This really could be an amazing hotel… it is obvious it had quite a lot of money put in to get it to a great standard of boutique hotel, it has just not been maintained. For example, in the lobby toilet facilities the locks and door handles have broken off and it was clear it had not been cleaned in...
