We stayed at the Hotel De Suede for the second time in May this year. We experienced a good check-in, although late at night. We enjoyed nice breakfasts in the rooftop terrace .with a good choice The rooms are very clean, well equipped and extremely comfortable The staff were all helpful and very informative. The position of the hotel is...

Good room with comfortable beds and bathroom. Breakfast was OK but the eggs and bacon were cold. Friendly staff and excellent location within walking distance of beach, old town and train station. The wifi is poor and needed to be better. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Small but functional room. The shower rose was hand held only - could not be left in its bracket when turned on as it would flood the bathroom - no floor waste for the water to escape. Wifi was intermittent. Great for a short stay but the room size and shower challenges would be a bit too much over a...

Clean, comfortable 6th floor room with new bathroom, room 664 which seems to be the biggest rooms of the 7 that are on this floor. I found the hotel to very quite, no problem with noise. Other than check-in /check-out, I have no interaction with the staff, also passed on the 14eur breakfast option as there are multiple choices on...

Hotel Suede is an obvious budget hotel and as such it is quite all right. It is just a few minutes walk from the beach and if you are not going to spend that much time in the hotel it works well for the relatively low price. Our room only had a small window and somewhat outdated decor, but overall...

I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. I stayed here for two nights this May with my friend and it was exactly what we needed. A budget base to sleep and have breakfast. The room we had was small but if your only sleeping who cares, the bathroom was clean and a good size. Breakfast was hot and...

Small room but that wouldn't be a problem were it comfortable. It was anything but. The aircon was just ineffectual noise. Opening the window on the courtyard meant mosquitos, excessive noise from aircon compressors and stifling heat, presumably from the same as Nice otherwise a cool 16-18c at night. Add in the cheap mattress, ghastly synthetic pillows and duvet and...

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. Room are small, one in our group had a single room no bigger than a broom closet. Showers had curtains on them!! Very warm in room which cause you to open the windows and hear the noise from the restaurants and bars below. Elevator is so small that...

Good location near the Promenade Anglais. Easy to get to Old Town and the railway station, as well as Chagall museum (walking distance). Matisse museum is a bit further away. Also easy to find once you are off the airport bus. Bathroom is not well-designed. It got wet every time. They need to improve this. WiFi temperamental. We had a...

The hotel itself is very nice. Good breakfast on a nice terrace, location is absolutely great, rooms small, but clean and overall really ok - Nice just has a different price-value relation than many other cities. But: surroundings are very loud. I was on the 2nd floor, right under my window every night there would be a guitar player (playing...
