The location of this hotel is very good, only a few minutes walk from the beach, and close to shopping, food and most other necessities. My room was okay, but the air condition was a bit loud - even though I turned it to minimum during night. The bathroom was extremely small - you actually had to sit sideways to...

We stayed here for 6 nights and were very pleased with the hotel. Easy to find from the Airport bus get off at Albert 1. Bedroom nice size, bedding changed every day and really nice bathroom with shower. Free wifi worked really well. Our room 314 overlooked Rue Massena the pedestrian area. With the window closed there was no noise....

super little hotel, so well located, nice bedrooms, very generous breakfast situated on the 5th floor with a terrace. Overall a little gem of a hotel. Will definitely stay here again if travelling back to Nice.

Hotel Suede is quite small hotel in near the sea in Nice. Hotel was quite good, if I could order, I would take fittedcarpet off, even is was clean. But every time we came to room there come musty smell against us. Room was good size, clean and bathroom was ok (but glass wall in the bath tube did not...

We stayed here for five nights and were pleasantly surprised. The double room we had was of a good size and clean and tidy. Similarly the bathroom was similarly room and we were pleased to see a bath and not just a shower. By far this hotel's best feature is it's proximity to both the main shopping streets and the...

Very good hotel. Clean, large rooms. Good service. In the centre of town and 1 minute walk to the beach. Pleasantly surprised. Visited for two nights for a wedding in Nice. Better than some other more expensive hotels we had visited. Would definitely recommend for others visiting the area.

we arrived the day after the Monaco f1s with the lobby full with guests checking out. Plenty of room to sit in the lobby and held our bags. Great location right around the corners is the beach and dozens of restaurants. Highly recommended if staying in nice for a couple of days.

I stayed at the De Suede for 4 days in March with 5 girl friends, and then again for 3 days in May with my partner. Both bookings were made via Amoma.com. The rooms are clean and serviced daily, breakfast was good and staff very friendly. The rooms are looking a little tired and would benefit from a makeover. The...

I arrived on a Friday evening in Nice, and the check in was quick and smooth. I had not paid for, or expected a very flash room as it was a quick stopover. However the room was very small, even by European standards, and had a single, opaque window. Unfortunately, while expecting that it would face an inner courtyard or...
