This is a small hotel within walking distance to most places - yet off the beaten track so the street noise it less. Unfortunately the interior noise can be a bit much as the rooms have very little to no insulation and the maids seems extra eager to wake you when outside your room. The staff was friendly and helpful...

The hotel is in a great location - close to the shopping district, the old town, the promenade, beach and station (all within 10 minutes walk) but located in a side street that is relatively quiet. Everything you could want is close by. Room was spacious, bright, modern, clean and comfortable. It had good quality wifi and a safe. Beds...

I visited the hotel with my family and stayed there for four nights. First the pros: The location is in a quiet area but still close to all the action. I would really rate the location as a 9/10. The staff is really friendly and will even carry your bags up to your room and help you with suggestions, recommendations...

It has the perfect position near the beach for a hotel. It's not on the beach or have an great view but it's perfect walking distance from everything. The staff are great and on arrival give you a map and show you their big attractions. Great place to visit!

I booked Hotel les Cigales because of the good reports of other visitors. They were right – this is a lovely hotel. I very much enjoyed my 8 nights there. It is an historic building that has been renovated and re-equipped to a high standard, so that everything works well. I had a spacious room at the front, which was...

This is a good, friendly hotel. We had a room on the top floor, under the eaves, which did not give us any problem. It was a big room, with a very clean large bathroom. The hairdryer was a bit useless and fell apart when it was picked up though! In the room, we could have done with a bit...

A highly enjoyable stay in a dual-level hotel situated only a short walk from the beach (i.e. Promenade des Anglais) and to bus stops taking you to the airport (bus 98) and around the city. Approx. 15min walk to Old Town. Nothing spectacular about the décor but the room was clean and had a fair amount of space (superior room)....

The location is great right in the middle of Nice. It's very clean and the rooms, though small have everything one needs with lovely bathrooms. What makes it so special though is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Veronique, Elaine and the rest of the team went out of their way to make one's stay memorable. I stayed for...
