This is a very nice, small hotel in Nice. We had a charming room on the top floor with our bed under the eaves. (Luckily, we are not very tall, but my husband had to be careful not to bump his head when he got out of bed.) The room was cheerfully decorated and clean. The gentleman at the front...

We chose this hotel after reading all the positive revues on trip advisor. After staying for five nights in May, I can certainly endorse them. The whole hotel is kept spotlessly clean, the staff are all very friendly , welcoming and helpful. There is always someone at the reception desk. The location of hotel is ideal for walking to all...

I chose this hotel based on the good reviews I read here and in other web sites, however my experience was far from good. The extra bed put in the room for the third person was horrible. Impossible to sleep, we had to put the matress direct on the floor. the superior room, was not superior at all, extremely small...

Very nice hotel, wonderful staff. We found the hotel easily walking from the train station, about a 15 min walk. With the luggage we were happy to see that they had an elevator. We had a triple room, it was large and roomly although the sharply slanted ceiling was a bit of a challange at night. Bathroom was nice, the...

We have spent a week at les Cigales and it was a good experience. First time in Nice and we had been warned that it's expensive..it certainly is and with that in mind this would not be a cheap hotel in many places but by Nice standards it is good value. We arrived very late and the night porter was...

We stayed at this hotel in a triple room for two night in March 2008. We booked through venere.com The overall highlight of this hotel would have to be its location. We arrived on an overnight sleeper train from Rome and the hotel was about a 15 minute easy walk to the hotel even with luggage. This proximity to Nice...

I just found this hotel and realized I have stayed here before! My mother, sister and I stayed here in September of 2004. It was a very nice hotel located in a great area, not too far from the beach. Good restaurants nearby that cover a range of cooking from Chinese to Indian to traditional French, of course! The beds...

I had previously had a bad experience staying in a hotel in Nice and was a bit nervous about booking this hotel, but the reviews were all very good and I'm glad I went for it. The hotel has everything you want in a small city hotel. It is spotlessly clean, the towels are changed every day, comfy beds and...

Stayed at Cigales for a long weekend. The hotel is centrally located, perfect for visiting Nice. The staff was super-friendly and very helpful. The hotel doesn't have parking, but it has a couple of parking spaces reserved by the entrance, and we were able to park our car there. However, this was low season, so it might not be as...

We stayed there for two weeks in August and we really loved the hotel! Firstly, the hotel has got a very convienient location - very close to the city center and the sea, but in a very quite street at the same time. Secondly, the staff is absolutely friendly. They are very nice and helpful. Breakfasts were fine - much...
