We booked one night here on our way to Italy and just loved it. Close to the bus station from Nice Airport. Lovely second floor accommodation, friendly welcome and lovely en suite room. Our hostess was so lovely and spoke good English as my French is limited. Shared farmhouse style breakfast table which is just lovely to get acquainted with...

It felt more like a cosy hostel with lovely atmosphere! I definitely LOVED it! It was also quite cheap and pretty close to the beach. There was one huge, clean and bright bathroom and I stayed in small but cosy room for one person. The other rooms lookes very pretty and bohemic!

My husband and I stayed here in October, and feel that we were mislead about the standard of accommodation. The website shows big rooms and mentions how spacious the rooms are and how they overlook views of palms to the Mediterranean or a quiet back street. The room we were given was so tiny that we could not move around...

This accomodation is in a good location; 5-10 minute walk from the train station and about the same to reach the beachfront. However as it is on a main street it is very loud. The room was nice and clean but got very hot and the air conditioning unit was very noisy. The WiFi also didn't work in the room...

One of the best B&B in French Riviera. Very nice owner. Good location-between main train station and beach. Real French breakfast;) I was alone but I got room for 4 people-a lot of space. Free wi-fi in the room. TV but unfortunately only French channels.

I've stayed at this B&B recently for couple of nights. It is very conveniently located in between the railway station and the Promenade des Anglais, with all its many beaches. The host, Genevieve, went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Breakfast was good and light, no meets or cheeses, but rather bread, butter, jams, and tea or coffee....

We really liked our time here. The rooms were comfortable and nicely decorated. The breakfast room has one long, family style table, which is great for starting conversations with fellow travelers. Genevieve is just great! She will take great care of you! Just a great place to stay!

An excellent stay! For the price, you are definitely getting value for money staying here, as Nice is generally quite expensive to stay. The rooms were spacious, clean & nicely decorated. You get towels and a free map of the city. Bed was very comfortable and wifi worked in room. The B&B had a nice atmosphere and the breakfast was...

Genevieve, the landlady, is very accommodating. She works hards to run a quiet and clean house. The building isn`t far from the train station nor a long walk to the pedestrianized shopping/food areas, the Promenade or the Old Town. It feels incredibly safe to walk around Nice any time of day or nite and this building is in a professional...

“Make sure you ask for a 30m2 room if you are travelling as a couple! And be prepared to share the bathroom.”

“There are only 4 or 5 rooms, so there really isn't much difference between them other than the size. From other reviews though, it seems one of them has its own bathroom, so I think that would be something to consider, even for an additional charge, and especially for a longer stay.”
