This is a very convenient hotel when arriving a late afternoon with car and leaving early next morning for delivery of car at Nice airport. Parking was free, in the street just outside the gate. Friendly and helpful reception.

The main selling point for this place was reserved, on-street parking. Once here, though, we found the place wonderfully charming. Hosts are great, rooms spacious, we even got a room with a terrace big enough for entertaining. The main shortcomings were absence of in-room beverage prep (hot water, cappuccino maker) and a dearth of electrical outlets. A power strip under...

This is a small hotel with six rooms. We only saw ours but it was a lovely size with a huge bathroom and a large private terrace which my husband used for his morning coffee reading the paper. The Wi-Fi was very good. Our host was extremely accommodating and friendly. He speaks excellent English. The breakfast was in the garden....

Perfect Hotel for couple time. Very nice big rom with a nice bathroom. The Hotel is located in a quite street, only 5-6 min. from the beach. There is about 20 min to walk to the old City, but bus is a good alternative. The host of the Hotel are amazing, he do everything for you, from recomanded restaurant, bus...

This small hotel is a delightful oasis. Lovely garden area in which we were served an excellent breakfast by a charming host for the seven days we were on holiday. Nicholas, our host, was happy to advise on places to see and how to travel around the area. Our room, No 3, was spacious in all aspects and spotlessly clean...

To start with we might have got confused with this hotel and hotel les Cigales as we wanted something central, closer to the old city and entertainment. It's a long way out (a brisk 30 min walk to old town - 2.6km) and the last part to hotel is all up hill. Difficult in 30+ C heat. A nice clean...

We stayed in this hotel 3 nights for a short visit to Nice. The hotel is small with only 6 rooms a bit outside of the busy city centre. It is a small romantic place with a nice friendly owner. The room was very cosy with eveyrthing you need. Close to the beach and sea, but a bit further from...

It's a beautiful small hotel with a very gentle hotelowner and his two cats. The breakfast is so perfect in the small garden under the palms. The rooms are clean and cosy. It's not far from the beach and you can reach the historical center in 15 minutes. Love it! Nina and Beatrice

We have just returned from 5 nights in this traditional French Villa. We had a lovely, spacious, clean room with a balcony - great for sipping wine in the evening. Nicholas was a great host and would give us lots of tips each day, he kindly let us use his sun umbrella, mat and a map of Monaco! We can't...
