Stayed here with mates on a motorbike trip. Hotel was clean and breakfast good. When I got home found I'd been charged twice!! My stay was the beginning of June it's now mid August and despite a phone call where they admitted the error and numerous emails I'm still waiting for my money back. Would definitely not return ☹

On arriving in Menton we had nowhere to stay because our hotel had double booked us. The room we had at this hotel was neat clean and tidy but what made our stay was Sylvie on the front desk. Nothing was too much trouble she went out of her way to ensure we had a nice time extremely professional and friendly and because of her we would stay again.

Stayed for three nights. The Hotel provides the basic requirements for a comfy stay, Nothing flash about this Hotel and the price for staying represents this well. The Hotel is slightly dated but more important to us it felt clean! The staff were friendly, spoke good English. Adequate variety open breakfast for most tastes and kept topped up. We had a fair size room with balcony overlooking the sea and although being in a prime location it was not too noisy. An efficient air con unit was ideal and enabled the windows and balcony door to be closed if required.A steady easy 15min walk to Carnoles Station which makes it ideal for train travellers. So all in all Very Satisfied and nothing really to be of any concern for complaints.

The location is great, the nearby beach is exceptionally clean, and there is a parking on premises. Bed was comfortable. It is a very outdated hotel. The furniture looks like from 1970s. The room smelled with stale tobacco smoke. The bathroom was pretty dirty, the toilet tank's cap was too big for it so the toilet lid was banging me from behind or falling back on the seat by itself, so peeing was a pretty tricky procedure for a man. A shower holder in our room was at chest height, so washing was a bit uncomfortable, too. Internet is bad. The service they use kicks you offline automatically and you have to wait 15 minutes to reconnect. There is a refrigerator in the room but it's useless as it's filled with items for sale. Three stars look ridiculous on the facade of this hotel. I don't know about other rooms, but judging by ours, it's like American Best Value Inn, only without curry smell. Two stars- or one star+ would be the correct rating.

We would definitely choose another place should we come back. Hotel is old, lots of stains on the wall, soft beds and really, really noisy!! They clean rooms at 07:30 already and move furniture around the wooden floor with squeaking noises. Location is great, but that's all.

Old place that needs to be renovated and at least to be refurbished. Even the tiny elevator looks like it's for cargo. Patio furniture is used and dirty. Back rooms are super noisy as the main road is there. Parking is limited and not secure. Security cameras are blocked by palms.

There is something very special about the view from this hotel - you hear the waves on the shore, the view East to the hills behind Menton & amazing views of the early morning sky as dawn breaks. What more can man ask for ? Add to this free parking closeby, a warm charming bedroom, great shower & breakfast brought gratis to your room. This truly is paradise - dont waste your money in Monaco !
