I think it's quiet enough. There will be people dining and strolling by below but the Hotel's balconies all open out to the wide-open Bay of Villefranche so there's not much for sound to echo off of. The terrace doors are double paned and modern and should be able to shut out most of the noise. Hope this helpful!
