Detailed Reviews
Comfortable rooms, good air conditioning, all amenities and very clean.
But it makes no sense, in this day and age, that Accor hotels don't install electric vehicle charging points in their car parks.
Reception is badly set up for social distancing as the line cuts across the entrance so you will end up too close to other people whether you like it or not.
The restaurant serves good food and the service is good, but they should do more to understand single diners - especially as the hotel they is on the motorway and must receive a lot of traveling business people. No one likes to be placed at the worst table in the room when the restaurant is empty. And the restaurant allows people to bring their dogs in. Even well-behaved dogs are inappropriate, and it made me wonder if dogs had previously been staying in my room.

We had two stays over the last two weeks so let's go with the positives first.
The staff are VERY helpful, particularly the reception staff. The rooms are clean and the bathroom/toilet appeared to have been refurbed fairly recently. Evening food was lovely and the breakfasts were the usual buffet selection.
However, on our first stay, our dinner bill had been added to our room despite me paying direct to the restaurant staff. Fortunately, I had kept my receipt. The bath towels are ridiculously thin. On our second visit, our room appeared to have been flooded recently with water staining on the wood surrounds. We had mosquitoes in our ground floor room facing the woods. I know mosquitoes are an issue in Provence but none of the other hotels we used had a problem.
As for charging 40E for an upgrade to a Privilege room, we experienced both and I wouldn't bother. The rooms are exactly the same size and all you seem to get for your money is bath robes/slippers, a few soft drinks in the fridge and a room much closer to reception. Don't bother with an "upgrade".
Overall, alright for an overnight but I won't be rushing back.

We spent a night here twice (both on Saturday) - the rooms were not ready despite our late arrival at 16:30. the pool area is overcrowded. The rooms and the entire „look“ of the hotel are shabby. WLAN really bad. The good side: breakfast was good - and the beds are fine.

Dear Customer, thank you for staying at our hotel, indeed since the covid virus, we have to wait an hour for each room, which delays availability, but this is for security, Our wifi is generally well rated, and the look of rooms are often appreciated and renovated 5 years ago. Best regards

Reception efficient and friendly. The room on the ground floor was dark and not appealing. If you don’t like to smell like honey don’t use the toiletries! No vanities to take off your make up. The wall to wall carpet is not great to walk on without sleepers. No English cable channels. Overall disappointing for a four stars hotel. To expensive in low season. The bar is not well managed Breakfast buffet is empty even if you come early, many things are gone, the staff does not seem to refill the food. Overall average.

Normally these are reliable hotels but this was a poor example. It was a struggle to get any service on the outside tables. The beds are like rocks, literally, I don’t mind a firm mattress but this was ridiculous. And when we came down to breakfast we had to ask for everything to be replenished, even the plates. Disappointing.

The good and the bad:
-The front desk is good and people were friendly.
-The room was good but the lock of the window was broken - my room was on the first floor.
At the bar / restaurant, service was ok but a bit amateurish. Lack of experience, young people, and several errors!
I went to the Mercure in August and it was pretty inexpensive, probably because of Covid!

Delightful Mercure hotel situated very close to the motorway. There is also many locations near that are good for biking and dirt biking alike.🚴♂️
Great rentals near and superb local delicatessens.
Breakfast was again a true delight. Very Nice 4 star hotel for the price. Near the autoroute. Has a superb restaurant. Employees are all great, friendly and highly approachable. They offer great logic when advising.
Recommended hotel in a fabulous part of France.

Very well appointed hotel. Good restaurant and friendly staff. Hotel conveniently located near the autoroute. We were welcomed and chose to eat by the swimming pool. A very pleasant server who spoke excellent English looked after us. Room very comfortable.

Time out away from noise near home & thankfully as there are 2 wedding receptions & an 18th birthday party, everyone was busy & as Im here having time out, it certainly doesn’t sound like it. But i was at the Diggers area having a nice dinner & it was busy there! My room, it is nice & quiet & look forward to a good night sleep. The staff here at the Mercure motel now no who I am & are always willing to help as I have a disability. Its a lovely place to come & relax knowing there are parties upstairs & it always sound like they r enjoying themselves, just like I am having a relaxing time.
