Charming hotel, visited this weekend and it’s lovely. So central, minutes from underground but also a short walk to the port and all the other attractions. Great breakfast, lovely clean rooms and really friendly staff. Had a thoroughly lovely trip.

Great service, Sarra on the front desk was very kind and open to help with any questions. The hotel was clean and confortable, room with a lot of space and a nice balcony ( something you don’t usually find in Europe), bathroom impecable. Close to the old port which is a nice and safe walk even at night.

Do not stay at this hotel if you like to feel safe. My friend and I recently stayed as part of a tour for the Rugby World Cup. A drunken guest entered our room in the middle of the night and fell asleep naked on a bed in the room. We threw him out when we later woke up. The self closing door lock was faulty. The experience was dreadful but the response of the hotel made me angry. I discussed the incident with hotel staff three times the next day starting at breakfast. I wanted to understand how the entry has happened and feel safe in our room. The hotel did nothing in 24 hours. Eventually CCTV footage was found just as we're checking out. I have sent a written complaint to the hotel but have not yet received a reply.

I wanted to stay 1 night in Marseille and wanted someplace centrally located with a gym and this fit the bill. It was moderately priced. They don't allow early check in which is always a little challenging when arriving on an overnight flight from abroad. The bathroom in the lobby had no A/c so it was not pleasant trying to dress there for the day. The hallways were a little frayed and it was a little noisy in the early evening. But the bed was comfortable, and the gym was adequately equipped with free weights and cardio machine. Overall, a descent stay.

We were staying here for 2 nights.Arrived at 7 pm on the first day to be told our booked room was given away to someone else because we were " late" by front staff amandine. given two single beds instead of 1 big bed and told to put them together ourselves ( mind you I am pregnant so not a very comforting thing to say). Area around hotel feels unsafe at night to walk. We were trying to eat in the hotel because we didn't feel safe walking g around in the dark and were told restaurant is full, even for hotel guests. Asking for options, front desk says it takes an hour for room services. When I ask her what to do, she suggests Uber eats or " walking to McDonalds". Eventually, restaurant host found us a seat to dine us at restaurant after much beginning, but then we were served Cesar salads that had raw chicken and had to be cooked again. We usually really like NH hotels but probably won't be staying in one after this. Rooms were overall clean and modern. Our room faced the street which was noisy in the morning trying to sleep in with construction going on.…

Very attractive room prices in relation to the standard of the rooms as well as the location of the hotel. Nice staff. Very good airconditioning. The rooms against the inner yard are very silent. But on the other hand the rooms headed to the streets are more enlighted and the view triggers both a more genuin french feeling as well as more long lived memories from the stay. This must be NH’s best hotel!

Excellent location..clean property..best part-the staff, at the reception Milena and Nolan and every single one of them, would go out of their way to help you..it was my first time in France -and they made sure i was most comfortable..The breakfast is also very delicious. I stayed in this hotel on business a couple of times this summer. Clean efficient hotel fairly well situated but let down by poor service in the bar and restaurant. It’s a bit random but staff are often reluctant to serve food in the restaurant after about 8.30 and will say the bar is closed shortly after 9.

just kind of gross. breakfast was really gross. not hotel's fault per se but tour group was serving with bare hands and sneezing on food. I dunno. Maybe enforce better hygiene. Also clean rooms better pls!
