Stayed here for one night. About a 15 minute walk from the train station where the airport bus drops you off. Walk to the hotel was a little grungy, but the area around the hotel felt safe and full of life. Room was small by North American standards, but a good size for Europe and with a very comfy queen bed. Close to lots of food options and the port. Hammam was out of service but loved the small pool.

Room amenities and service attitude must be improved. Thin towels and limited toiletries would not qualify for customers' comfort level. Efficiency at reception must be better to convenience customers. Check out procedures cost customers to loose time and energy. Language inadequacy causes confusion, and questions not answered.

Beautiful hotel 10/10, really enjoyed my stay, decor was fabulous, pool was 11/10. Great location, staff were very friendly. Hotel was calm and quiet perfect for my week of work. If I had to be picky the room was a tiny bit small but I’d highly recommend.

Hotel is in a great location close to the old town and port. Metro is a few minutes walk from the hotel. Friendly staff, great food, very clean and comfortable. Rooms are a bit small but well designed. Bar was closed while we were there.

Check in was easy and fast. Night concierge was rude and impatient. Shower had hairs in it from previous guest. AC worked well. Internet worked well. The fitness center was cramped and required a reservation to access. The pool however is very pretty and a highlight of the hotel. Overall experience 2/5.

staff unfriendly. There is no restaurant in hotel and we were asked to leave lounge with our food we brought back even though we purchased drinks at the bar. When we checked in the desk clerk was not very informative. Was told all information is located on your tv. This was not very user friendly either.

If this had been a 3 star hotel I would have thought it very good but am a bit surprised it earns four stars. The room was tiny and had some design flaws ( for instance we kept on stubbing our toes on a chair, the tap was too close to the back of the sink for one to be able to put one's hands under it to wash them) and was not entirely clean (some mucky marks on the curtains). However it was quiet and quite well appointed and the staff of the hotel were friendly. The common areas downstairs were nice, with an unexpected indoor courtyard garden, and the pool made the place truly worthwhile. The area is full of little lovely restaurants of all sorts but be warned, most except for the most common chains are closed on Sundays. We had to resort to room service which we most definitely do not recommend - all reheated frozen stuff and the most unpleasant "gaspacho" that I've ever tasted.…

We stayed at this hotel for just one night and we really enjoyed it. The hotel is located in a perfect area, very close to downtown, the harbour and the old Port. The hotel was very clean, the room was very nice but small with a Nice shower. The staff was very polite and helpful especially Antonin who was great checking us in, giving a map by showing us the place to see and visit by walking and also came to our room to fix the TV and the internet. I definitely recommend this hotel.

I was very favorably impressed by this hotel. My good-sized room was quite comfortable. I would single out the front desk staff for particular praise. Their English was good, and, more importantly, they were exceptionally helpful and friendly. As a foreign visitor in need of occasional assistance I was very appreciative of them. If your experience is like mine you will feel very much at home here.
