This hotel is in an excellent location and, from my experience, is great value for money, too. I paid £85 for one night, although I did grudge having to pay an extra €13 for breakfast at that rate.

The location of the New Hotel Vieux Port is excellent. My 4th floor room was clean with a nice view; however, the bed could not have been any harder. The bathroom was very large with a huge tub & shower combo and looked as if...More

Take the Metro to Vieux-Port. It's very fast and there's only one intervening stop. You're right by the hotel when you emerge although you will need to turn a corner of the building to find the hotel entrance, which is quite discreet - facing the street and not the quaysde. Google street view is not essential but I always use it in advance of arriving in a new place just to locate entrances etc.
