I upgraded to a room overlooking the harbor. The cost was a little high to start and that made it worse but all in all I think it was worth it. The service from the time I left the taxi to the time I checked...More
On a five-day stay here. Very trendy, minimalist decor. Everything works as it should, from the comfortable beds, the bose wave radio, rainforest-head showers to the attentive service. Lovely views from the third floor lobby cafe, but I'm sure if the 20 euro sandwich was...More

Sorry can't answer this question but I don't think this would suit an elderly person the hotel is a long walk out of town and you would spend all your time going up and down in the lifts and nothing is really easily accessible for elderly people at this hotel. There is quite a climb up to the hotel front doors from the street.

As everyone else has said - about 30 minutes - but very expensive by taxi. We booked via the hotel - charge was 100 euros. When I queried it he lowered it to 90. And it's more if you travel late evening/early morning.
