We stayed here on a 1-night stopover coming through Marseille. I was glad that it was just one night. This hotel is run-down and it needs renovating. For the quality of the room it was surprisingly expensive. The furniture is basic and the windows didn’t close properly. The hotel reception was unwelcoming. The staff were OK. The only positive was that the beds were comfortable. There are probably better options in Marseille.

Nothing, if you haven't any choose, this hotel is your ultimate solution. Indeed, it is well situated, but that is all. Bad beds, basic rooms, small lift. Try if you dare... Moreover bad mattresses. Next time, we will avoid.

Poor place, people running it have no clue what they are doing. Didn't feel safe and my room was right by the front and the hotel people talked the entire time and I could here everything like they were in the room. Location was OK. Not special at all.

I think we had a good stay for a good price. Location of the hotel was great, it was near the Old Port. Our room was very small, but everything was there and it was clean. Staff was really nice. If you need just a room to sleep, this is a good hotel for that.

We were given a room at the back of the hotel, which was ok, but no duvet cover on the rather grubby duvet, just a sheet. There was supposed to be a kettle in our room which I had to ask for and received a duff kettle, so had to ask again. Only supplied with cups & saucers, so I had to provide the coffee etc. Shower was very big but cold. Sink plug stuck in, so had to bail it out everytime I wanted to clean my teeth, wash etc. The thing that upset me the most was I was told I had to pay for our stay in cash, despite reserving it with a credit card, so I had to leave my husband and luggage there, while I went to find a cash point. I was not informed of this at the start of our stay. Glad we had only booked 2 nights or I would have had to find another hotel to stay in. English spoken was very minimal, so felt that we were at a disadvantage. What you see on the advert is not necessarily what you get.

The staff was really nice :) They offered us to park in front of the hotel which saved us a good 20€ in parking for the night. The bedrooms are clean and comfy. The hotel is well located, walking distance to the Vieux Port and als.

Super friendly receptionist, very accommodating. We drove a car so he made way for us to park the car in front of the hotel for free. The hotel itself is small and a little old but the rooms are clean and comfortable. We stayed in a room facing the back and it was quiet. Excellent location in the centre of town.

This is no more than a 3 star hotel at best and I'm being generous at that. It's super small so don't exhale when you get in there. It's a one night max place to visit. You gotta love the attached stairs to get to your room. Then when checked out the guy working the counter tried to tell us we had to pay when we clearly per-purchased the room through Expedia.. And when we tried to tell him this, he mysteriously forgot how to speak English. Typical French

Having got tickets in the draw for a match at the Euros, ( Iceland v Hungary) my son and I decided to make the most of our trip and stay over in Marseille. We had an excellent welcome from the hotel reception, who, despite the events earlier in Marseille between England and Russian fans, was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and airy: the beds were comfortable. I would be happy to recommend the hotel. The atmosphere at the match was a blast!
