Very very clean. It had one of the cleanest bathrooms ı have seen. Rooms have basic nesesities , price was reasonable and the staff were all friendly. The common area was nice with a pool table and games for younger visitors. Idefinitely recomend.

A fantastic budget hostel/hotel. Three friends travelling from the UK to watch football. Hotel and staff have been fantastic. Buffet continental breakfast at approx €9 was very good and fresh. Room with three beds was spotlessly clean and serviced daily if required. If you are looking for somewhere safe, clean and friendly to stay in Marseille I would recommend.

The hotel has good facilities and the receptionists are professional. The room was modern, clean and comfortable. There's a guest kitchen where you can prepare your own food. Located near the centre of Marseille. We loved it and absolutely worth the price.

We loved staying here, it felt like a hotel and not a hostel. Everywhere was so modern, the facilities were excellent - a games room, massive kitchen, dining area, lounge area, bar and outdoor garden. We had a private double room and it was very very spacious. The bathrooms were so clean and modern too and had shower gel. There was also a laundry room that you could use. It took us not even 15 minutes to walk to the old port from here so a great location. It was very safe, you needed to use your key to get Into the building after a certain time and to use the lift at any time of day. I would 100% recommend this place and stay here again.

1. check-in: we got a double room instead of the reserved and paid tripple room 2. tripple room was not clean: urin staints on the toilet, sink and shower not cleaned, room floor not clean (hair and dust). big yellow staint (?) on sheet on 3rd bed. 3. 3 holes in the wall - probably meant for hooks… 4. after informing reception, bathroom was cleaned. 5. next day returning at 5 pm: bathroom not cleaned! floor of room not cleaned (hair of our dog still visibly in the corner where he slept). only thing done: towels replaced (which was not requestet since big sign in the bathroom says to save the planet only towels put on the floor ar being replaced - ours were hanging!) all that crap for 320€ - three times the usual price for literally crap service!

This is a very nice new hotel for the price point. It is in a perfect location to get to the heart of Marseille. The service was great and the breakfast was decent. The room was very clean and comfortable.

The hote is new , 1 km from the main station and reachable within two metro stops . Rooms are clean and confortables and the breakfast is continental and of good quality. Common rooms are big . People at the recption are kind.
