The hotel us in an ideal location for the port and close to good restaurants and brasseries. The interior is modern and there is a lift to higher floors. Beds are comfortable. Our room was 139sq ft which we found a tad small, but it was designed well with enough hanging space and shelving to tuck everything away. Staff are friendly and welcoming.

Excellent location and lovely hotel. Small room and small bed, but probably our fault for misunderstanding the terminology. 'Comfort room with large bed' got us a small double bed with very little room to manoeuvre round it. Otherwise the hotel was excellent.

Although the staff was friendly and location is good breakfast is a big let down, with badly or hardly cooked English breakfast option, and hard bread. Not hot water in the rooms from Saturday through to our last day which was Monday, only Saturday was discounted which I think was poor.

Lovely hotel and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Very close to the old port and the metro. The breakfast is well worth the money and was nice and fresh. I would definitely recommend this one and would stay again if we were in Marseille.

The hotel is in a great location near the port city centre metro buses and trams and for boats to the islands. Staff all very helpful and welcoming , thank you. Room was a bit smaller than we expected which was not a problem for our overnight stay but might be a bit inconvenient for a longer stay. Breakfast good although eating outside was a bit of a journey. We didn’t find an area to sit but we may just have missed it but it wasn’t a problem for our overnight stay. We were in Marseilles for the rugby World Cup staying on a cruise ship in the commercial port but we would have had a better time if we had stayed longer with you - which is a compliment so thank you

I stayed at this hotel for one night. It is located right in the Old Port. It is a great location with the metro nearby, as well as buses, taxis and things to do. Saint Charles train station is two stops away. It was very easy to take the metro there with luggage. I stayed in the Superior Double Room with a Shower and it was perfect. The room was small, but felt clean. The bed was comfortable too. I had a street view from the room, but could also see a small part of the port, too. The shower was decent and the bathroom was small, but was not impossible to move around. The workers that I encountered at the reception desk were friendly and helpful with directions, etc. I did not have breakfast there, but there is a nice little bakery on the corner, right next door where I had a pastry and a coffee. There was seating available outside, so it was a perfect start to my first full day in France!

This really is the best hotel! I can't recommend enough, the staff were brilliant and so very helpful, the location excellent, it is central for everything and the breakfasts are great too. Naturally there are fancier hotels around but this is a great value hotel.

The room was clean but the structure very ugly. Also the images of rooms in the website doesn’t look like in reality. Overall it was a good experience as the location is very good but I would suggest to ask for the best room.

We had three rooms reserved for one night, and my daughter was rushed there for an emergency at the hospital and because it was only a one night booking, literally, the night before, they canceled our reservation. Clearly they got a longer reservation and wanted that reservation so they kicked us out. 6 kids and no hotel. Be careful

The staff is not well trained when it comes to recording if you made a reservation for breakfast or not. When you reserve the day before, they forget that you did and embarrass you in front of people asking you repeatedly if you did make a reservation. The lady at the breakfast buffet is extremely rude and condescending. They expect you to have breakfast everyday in their facility and will try to charge you even when you never made a reservation. It is much more pleasant to have breakfast at a café outside of the hotel than in their boring room on the first floor. They lack honesty and integrity. Very bad management. I have never experienced such lack of professionalism.
