I cannot recommend this hotel enough. It ticks all the boxes, very central to the port, shops, metro and trams. 10 minutes walk from the train station. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Theo obviously loves his job, he is so polite and helpful, Ramona is another name I remember but all staff were lovely. Rooms very clean, tea/coffee making facility, hot shower,hairdryer. Windows open but there is also air con or heat. You can opt not to have your room serviced during your stay, reception will give you clean towels. Breakfast was excellent but dining area can get crowded and staff slow to replenish food and plates,cups etc. Plenty of cereal,bread,croissants,cold meat,cheeses,crepes,pancakes. You can boil your own eggs. You have access to dining area all day for free coffee tea,water. Free WiFi was very good. TV in room only have one English speaking channel but that didn't bother us.. If you have a late flight they will store your baggage for the day and allow you use of the free Tea/coffee/water on level one until its time to leave. hotel is just a doorway on the street, so it can be easy to miss. The port is only 5 mins walk from Hotel, where you will find endless restaurants, bars, tourist buses/trains/boats etc Overall I highly recommend a stay here.…

Everything was amazing I really loved my stay and I really love the people here Ramona was really amazing receptionist she really know her job and she’s really helpful And definitely I’ll be recommending the hotel to any of our friends visiting the city

I had a wonderful stay. The staff was very friendly, the room was comfortable and clean. The continental breakfast was good. Perfect location in the middle of the center, everything on walking distance.

The hotel is a great value for money. The location is great for a weekend. The staff is simply amazing: helpful, friendly, always with a smile. Breakfast is a super one! Very nice and very good quality products. Room was big and clean. After having read the reviews of my one at the airport, I decided to book one more night in here: they managed to keep me in the same room and kindly arrange a taxi for a very early flight. Only minus : the window to be opened would have been amazing!

Great location a few minutes walk from metro (couple of stops to main line station), port about a 4 minute walk with all attractions and city sight seeing bus close by. Hotel is comfortable, clean, good bathroom etc. I paid for breakfast which included freshly cut fruit, yogurt, cereal, cold meat, eggs, cheese, bread etc.

The BW Marseille Bourse is a mid range hotel in a busy neighbourhoood. Careful when arriving by car. GPS brings you out a a tram line across from the hotel which is not that well marked. There are car parks nearby, but when we arrived th car park was full and we had to search for one. The hotel room was basic but serviceable. Beds were clean and comfortable. Internet was a bit spotty (dropped if multiple [3] devices were connected). Staff very friendly and helpful. No bath and a shower with a very low lip led to a small water problem on one occassion.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. They were always able to provide useful tips on Marseille and took time to research information for guests. As I was also travelling with my dog, they also ensured that his trip was also comfortable by providing a doggy bowl and treats for him. The hotel is situated very close to the old port (5 minutes by foot) as well as the train station (10minutes by foot).

Location is great, only 5min walt to the Marseille downtown Port. There is the tram and metro close by. The hotel room is clean. Sleeping quality is good. Wifi was good-had no trouble at all. Free coffee on floor 1 and in rooms. Nice gesture. Lots of activities around the hotel.

The Best Western have a excellent situation close to the Vieux Port with all restaurants and shopping facilities just around the corner. Friendly and professional staff. Nice and very clean rooms with all you can need for a few days stay. The breakfast is very good. There is also a coffee machine you can use free of charge 24 hours.
