A central location, the staff were quite nice but the hotel itself was not very pleasant. The rooms were grotty and felt more like a run down hostel than a hotel. There was no breakfast. If you have heavy luggage, there is no lift. The area is very busy and there were multiple ambulances going passed the window through out...

Overall experience is not very good. The hotel room provided didn't had bathroom and toilet doors. The room had bugs/ mosquitoes. The room is very hot. Its not very neat and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. But this might not just be enough.

The location is absolutely perfect as it is a 5 minute walk away from the station, across the street from le Canebière and has 2 supermarkets and 2 bakeries nearby. All of this is what convinced us to ultimately stay in the hotel after the first night, but we decided to have our room changed. The price is good, I...

In the heart of Marseille, near the Reformee and walking distance to Vieux Port is this lovely, inexpensive hotel with kind staff. The accomodations are not much, but adequate and clean with a nice view. We had a very good experience here and would return.

Clearly, this hotel is too expensive regarding the conditions it provides. I have no idea why Marseille seems to be such an expensive city that for the price you pay in this hotel you get such a room... (is it because of 2013 city of culture or Olympique Marseille match in the Champions Ligue??) With few euros more in other...

Horrible place, avoid it at all costs. Staff will joke in your face for not speaking French, and internet had issues with us, where the manager refused to try to fix. Room smelt cigarettes and was very noise and hot. Everything looked broken and dirty. There is no touristic information in the hotel and the staff doesn't know/want how to...

Stayed two days. 6 flights of stairs with suitcases to 3rd floor room. No lift, no air con, no fan, no bath (well the bath was in the room with no plug - they said it was for decoration only and pointed to stains on ceiling from previous overflows so removed plugs. Shower had no wall holder so not worth...

Steer clear, there's better out there, is my opinion. Room was way way too hot! Would have been better off sleeping on the beach. Receptionist was nicely cooled by a fan though, which was nice for them, but absolutely nothing available for the paying guests in any room (I asked several times). Made even worse by the fact we were...
