Overall. Everything you need in an appartment for passing through Marseille. Good service, great breakfast ( not very diverse…but great), and the rooms are spacious and clean. The location is great too!

The room is full of mosquitoes (killed on the wall & flying ) and cockroach . The neighborhood is dirty and not safe. Construction area. No restaurants options available. Breakfast is normal as others breakfasts nothing extra At the end if you want good location and near to all transportation and you don't care About what I mentioned book a room in it. Other than that think twice

The location is quite good, as it’s near the center of the city and you can get to the most city attractions very quickly. Staff is also friendly and helpful. €6 charge for a couple of extra towels is overpriced and disappointing. Also parking lot underground seems overpriced, €15 per night for a car, when half of the parking lots are empty, seems too much. We got half price (€15) for two nights for a scooter parking, which in my opinion could have just been parked in the yard outside, but we were not allowed

Dear Paulina We are really sorry that your stay was not as you expected. Regarding hot water, we proposed you a new room on the moment you noticed the problem to our reception staff. If they look indiferrent to you, you can be sure that our staff made their best to resolve this problem and they finally dit it. Regading rubbish din, of course there is! you have box on the appartment, and garbage area on our courtyard. Regarding parking fees, it's 10€ per night, a very correct price for a city like Marseille. The price is notified on your booking confirmation, and in each place of the residence (reception/lifts etc..) Finally, regarding our position in the area, please remember that YOU choose the localisation. We are not responsabile of your place's or area's choice. Our area, called "Euromed" is very safe, buf on course in construction, because it's will be the new heart of Marseille! Best regards, Yann Manager

This apartment complex (the term resort does not apply) had some positive features - it was nestled in the heart of the old city and was only a few minutes away from the new developments at le Vieux Port. The building felt safe and secure, the underground parking was spotless, the courtyard was a delightful place to enjoy a late night meal and a bottle of wine. There was a laundry room which was welcome. The staff were friendly, helpful and spoke English well. The room was a huge disappointment and not what we expected from a Resort Vacations participant. The bed was comfortable and the sheets and duvet were spotlessly clean, the small kitchenette was clean and serviceable. From there it was downhill. The pillows inside the pillow cases were filthy; yellowed and stained (replacements were not available until the morning after we arrived, so we slept the first night will the pillow cases stuffed with towels). The carpet was ancient, stained and filthy; walking in bare feet was not a possibility. There was very little grout left between the ceramic tiles in the bathroom. Many tiles were loose and rocked when you stepped on them. The corners of the shower stall were black with mildew. Unless there were some significant upgrades, we could never recommend this place.

Well, They should probably change the name or something. They are not a hotel I Guess. More like AIr b'n'b. NO towel changes, no cleaning Lady and so on. But that's no problem. The location is great. Everything is a 2 min walk away. Metro, bus, tram... The problem is only with the hygiene. Stained carpets, moldy shower, greasy tiles in the bathroom... We didn't spend much time in the room but I wanna feel Good when I go take a shower and sleep. Good for short stay. P.s.: They NEED to clean the air conditioning vents. They were disgusting.

No towel changes and no one takes away the trash for a week. Greasy bathroom (shower and sink). Stained carpet. The AC vent is disgusting. No ventilation in the bathroom(and no window). Mold in the shower. I think that they should change their marketing strategy, as this is not a hotel. It’s a room rental service. If you’re there on business it’s actualy very good, because of the location. Everything is near. Tram, bus, metro.

We stayed at this hotel with my friend for two nights. The area where the hotel is located is not the nicest, but the hotel itself seems to be fairly new, modern and nicely decorated. There is also good connections as the underground and tram are both only 5 minutes walk away. The staff in this hotel was extremely lovely and helpful, and had loads of knowledge about the best beaches and destinations in Marseille. Would definetly recommend for a nice budget stay!

The position of the building is in a very dirty part of the city. No shops and no restorants around. In the evening the place looks like a desert. The residence has no commom places where to stay. No restaurant, no bar inside; there is only a room, very squalide, open only for for breakfast hours. The rooms, the corridore and so on are dirty. The room (bedroom, kichen and dining room) no larger than 12-15 square metres. Daily cleening absent. For three days the unique lift was out of order: the building has nine floor ! When we left (two days in advance) the lift was still no working

Dear Guest, Near our residence, you can acess to a shopping center, many restaurant and bar : "Les terrasse du Ports": only 15 minutes by walking! For your next stay, You should ask at reception for information about facilities and restaurants. Our room are minimal 20 square metres: please note these correct informations about our superficy. Finally,as in each Appart-hotel, cleaning is not daily, but you can provide an equiped kitchen, cupboard and dressing, and more Equipment than in a classic hotel! Bests regards, Yann, Manager

This accomodation was probably the worse we've stayed in. The room had had some sort of update but was still very basic. The shower was mouldy and because our bed was a queen size mattress on a double base I felt like I was sliding off the bed all night, and it also meant the bottom sheet could not be tucked in. We had difficulty explaining that because there were two of us we would need a second towel for the bathroom, and each time we went to reception we felt we were interrupting them. Close to transport but you would not want to be on your own travelling in this area at night.
