Staff were friendly and helpful. Decent continental breakfast. Rooms are very small. Toilet in a cupboard separate to bathroom. Balcony very large, seemed bigger than hotel room. Swimming pool very good. Not a tourist area so very disappointed. Next time would stay near old port.
Centrally located with a fantastic authentic brasserie and bar around the corner. Easy access by car and public transport into the city at your doorstep. Dogs allowed. The beds are nice and bad and shower top.
Multi-lingual staff puts you at ease. So easy to find, too, as right next to metro station. The breakfast was extra and expensive with local bistros giving other options. Great grocery stores near by and the kitchen was well equipped. The pool was small but terrific after a day of touring. They only provide one large towel and one hand towel which is not enough for five nights. You can pay extra for a pool towel. The receptionist gave me wrong information about the clothes dryer (it will NOT restart if you open the door) and it would have been appropriate to make up for the bad information by giving me a coin to restart the machine. Instead, he just did nothing.
WHen i first booked the hotel it was by mistake i did not know it was an appartement hotel. It was the first time i took this kind of hotels but it turned out to be very nice. The rooms are small but equipped with everything the kitchinette is ery good. The staff is very nice and welcoming and the access to the hotel is super easy you have the perier metro stop just in face as well as the bus 21 and 19 stops. The rooms are only cleaned once a week but the leave stuff enough for 2 days and you have to pay extra for towel change. To buy stuff there a monoprix just 10 minutes away direction prado. Recommended.
Very nice place to stay, very good location (everywhere you can go on foot - 40 minutes walking to the seaside, the center, the railway station) The reception is very very nice. Very clean apartment, good Internet connection. The kitchen was fully equipped - with kettle also.
Good hotel in a very central location. Nice serviced apartment block at a very good price. Easy access to the beach. Rooms clean and big enough for a couple. The parking was a bit of a nightmare with limited parking on the road and very expensive parking nearby. Tried the pool out on the second day and assumed it was heated. Wow that was a shock to the system, it was indoors but not heated. Overall a good property for the great price, nice weekend away
This hotel is situated very well in the center of town very close to the stadium. There are lots of cafes and grocery stores less than a minute walk. There are separate spaces, a nice patio and a well equipped kitchen. It is very good value at first glance, but everything costs extra. Towels are 5 euro per day to exchange and cleaning is 10 euro per day. Breakfast if you want to add it is 8.50 per person. The parking is also extra, but the parking was booked, so we had to pay to park on the street. The first room we received smelled horrible. They were good about switching us rooms and this room was much better, but when you open the cupboard under the sink where the garbage goes, it smelled very bad. There is a nice pool, probably 5 feet deep at the minimum, a little bit on the cool side. Marseille, in general, seems to be a very dirty and unkempt city. This area is ok, but there were police incidents very close by, and less graffiti than other areas of the city, all in all it is ok for the price.…
stayed there while at euros staff are very friendly and helpful also some have good english full cooking facilities in apartment lovely deep small swimming pool continental breakfast near all transport links and shops not far from old port or beaches air con worked which was a must
Went for the football semi final so stayed only one night but fantastic accommodating staff in a nice suite. View could have been better but didn't really mind. Breakfast however, I felt was a bit expensive for what it was.
This hotel is extremely basic. The room is very uncomfortable, the beds are poor. In the bathroom the shower had no rose fitted, the temperature was stuck on cold and it is operated by a button that you have to keep pushing, as if you were in a public swimming pool. Breakfast is served in a cheaply done conservatory style room and again the provisions are extremely basic. Location is good, that is it.
