They checked me in first and when i entered the room it was full of someones stuff. The girl in the reception was so rude and they checked the room 3 time like i was saying lie. It is understood that room was sold to someone and they found me a new room. Doesnt worth your money.

Very nice hotel,located next to the port.Bus 82S 2 euro pay driver stops right outside front entrance from Saint-Charles train station from there you can catch the airport shuttle 10 euro 25 minutes duration.The hotel is situated only a short walk away from the main fish restaurants and well worth visiting

A good hotel with a fantastic location just in front of Marseilles Marina. The hotel is not of top standard and in need of renovation and to refurbish most departments but the location is hard to beat.

Our room had a good view - quite expensive. Bed was pretty comfortable. Staff not friendly and not helpful. We went out for breakfast- lots of lovely patisseries in easy walking distance charging , today, 9.70 euros for 2 coffees and 3 pastries. We spent less on 2 breakfasts for 2 and a light lunch than the cost of the Radisson breakfast for 1 person!

wouldn't have wanted anything better, the pool was beautiful. neck deep most of the way which was perfect for me as i am not a strong swimmer but got to mess about and find my feet and cool off in the hot sun. great bathrooms, lots of amenities

The Hotel location is great! there is a great restaurant across the port that everyone must try (The Miramar), their Boullabaise is very tasty. Everything is a short walk from the hotel, and it is not as dangerous as what most people describe it to be. In fact, I find the people quite friendly.

We chose this hotel to be by the old port. We expected to be out on excursions and picked a basic room with 2 beds. The room and bathroom were larger than I expected and even had 2 padded chairs but they seemed to both be missing cushions. This made them too low and weird. Our room was on the back of hotel which actually made it very quiet. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked great. I emailed the hotel a question before arriving and got a quick response. The staff was friendly and helpful with directions and arranging a taxi. We stayed 4 nights and were happy with our selection.

Exceptional in Every Way -- amazing views of the old port and Marseille, amazing people running the hotel and truly noteworthy staff (starting the Gaele and CEO Lionel, along with security team member Roman Kirakosyan, and Eric and Bryan at the front desk) and my experiences there are such that when in Marseille I will never stay anywhere else!

I went to Marseilles on a business trip, for 2 days, and the hotel reservation was made by my client. If I had been asked to make the reservation myself, I would not have chosen a Radisson since I have top status at two other hotel chains. I was so impressed with this hotel however, that I may switch my loyalty to Radisson Blu! Everything about this hotel, from the location, food, views, the housekeeping starff and overall cleanliness and functionality of the room were truly noteworthy! The people, however, from the moment I arrived, were even more exceptional than the view (and the view was really hard to surpass so ask for a room with the same view as room 308) especially at night with all the lights, a fabulous view of the sea, the cathedral, the wonderful yachts docked just outside, and the huge full moon. Yet, as wonderful as these were, IT WAS THE PEOPLE WHO WERE POSSIBLY THE BEST I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN ANY HOTEL, IN ANY CITY, DURING THE DECADES I'VE BEEN TRAVELING. The CEO (Lionel) and a very lovely executive named Gaele went out of their way -- for over 30 minutes -- to help me get to the airport when my car service was a "no show"! In addition, the first night, for some strange reason, I was having difficulty with my various electronic devices, including my Apple watch, and the security agent at the front door (Roman Kirakosyan) would not give up and finally solved the issues, and when I had a mild medical emergency, Eric and Bryan (who were on-duty at the front desk) provided extra water to take to the room, a wound salve to use on the minor injury, and a large pad to cover the wound. (the attention they provided almost brought tears to my eyes)! In my experience, when one finds such extraordinary performance, in every way, it starts at the top...so my congratulations to this hotel for its management and their excellent choice in people! Whenever I am in Marseille, the Radisson Blu hotel will be the hotel at which I will stay! …
