Profoundly lovely setting maintained to immaculate standards. Quiet location surrounded by towering plane trees which line the drive into the property. The rooms reflect a discreet luxury sensibility and comfort. The surrounding homes and fields support olive trees and grazing cattle with the distinct perfume of burning rosemary and vine canes lingering in the morning mist. Yes it is poetic.

This review is long overdue as my husband and I stayed here as part of our multi-country honeymoon trip 2 years ago (November 2014). But I really just want to say that staying at Le Chateau des Alpilles and being a part of their family those 3 nights were the most memorable days of our honeymoon. The staff, including whom...

We will never forget our one night at this incredible place! It is utterly special and we wish that we'd had many more nights here. Our room was beautiful and luxurious and the bed and pillows were a dream. While they are located outside of town, it is a very quick trip in the car and could even be done...

Located in a silent park and only a few minutes from the village, magnificent villa, magnificent managed. A must experience if you are in the region. I have been in the structure two times and is always worth. The restaurant chef is a genius. Highly recommended

This is a wonderful garden hotel, a 15 minute walk from the city center. The room was wonderful, the amenities first rate. The kitchen is first rate, with plenty of options, food not heavy. Staff very helpful This is an ideal romantic spot or a place to bring the family. Location is ideally situated for Provence

We have just returned from our 2nd stay at the Chateau. Yet again, we were not disappointed. We stayed for only 5 nights and I wish it were longer. The hotel and grounds are just beautiful. Located a short drive from town it is peaceful and tranquil. yet still close enough to walk into the village of Saint Remy. The...

We had had an indifferent experience for a lunch a few months ago and we not sure about going again. However the €34 lunch menu was excellent. One of the best risottos ever as a starter and a perfectly cooked fish to follow with a soufflé (second attempt to get it perfect!). Wine at semi reasonable prices but a good...

The grounds are breathtaking, the room was spacious and luxurious, the dining was superb, and the service was exceptional. We came from Paris and Lyon, where we had traveled previously, and were quite disappointed. This was a refreshing Oasis. I cannot say enough about the service and the ambience. It was truly a breath of fresh air, and so needed....

Stayed at the Chateau des Alpilles for two nights this visit. As usual the room was delightful, as was the restaurant food, and service. Thanks to Celine's help with our room reservation. And Merci to Jean Pierre and his serving staff, and the kitchen for preparing such great meals. There is nothing quite as relaxing as sitting outdoors at night...

Chateau des Alpilles is simply one of the most stunning places in the world let alone Provence. Incredible food, amazing service all in surrounds that are just breath taking. Smart but relaxed CDA is an absolute credit to the owners and staff that have made the very most of this beautiful property.
