The "Hotel" is based in a dilapidated building (sharing with permanent residents) and is in need of investment and refurbishment, the lack of proper facilities is not hidden by the confusing and bizarre decor. Our room was cramped and we had no where to put our clothes which remained in the suitcase. The walls were wafer thin and so every...

This was a last minute booking and to be honest we just needed somewhere cheap to get our heads down. After driving around for an hour we eventually found out the hotel is down alley way off a pedestrian road. My tip is to first park in the main underground car park by the lake and it's a 5 min...

Found this place on a lark after a long day of biking. Amazing spot off an alley n a heavily touristed area. Very funky and cool. You'll never find it on a map. If you want an amazing little gem tucked away from the tourists this is the place.

Now, I am usually quite open when it comes to places and always try to find the good but in this case it is rather hard. Either we just had a really bad room (but we saw a few before we got to chose) or I drastically have to lower my standards. Don't get me wrong, the location is great...

Right in old town on pedestrian mall but you can get a car in to unload. Parking on street free overnight or Parking Station alternative. Quite a large room with small balcony that does just fit 2 chairs and a table for evening drink overlooking the little canal. Breakfast good value for 6 euros.

Excellent place in the "piétonne zone". Bars, stores and night life just a few footsteps. There is no parking lot, no elevator and the entrance of the hotel is not so beautiful. Besides the hotel, it seems that other peple live or work in the building...

Pros: - Good location Cons: - You can hear the room next to yours as if we were all together in the same room - The “original” decoration cannot hide that the hotel is old and not well maintained, therefore it gives a bad impression Conclusion: by the same cost you can find better in the same area.

It is one of the cutest hotels that I have been to. Everything is great, very close to Central station, 5 minutes walk to everywhere. The room had river view, amazing to look and feel the air in the morning.

A very good hotel, right in the centre of Annecy so ideally suited for restaurants etc. The rooms were a little small, but worth it for a short stay in such a good location. We had to change our plans at the last minute which meant we had to change the dates we stayed but the staff were very helpful...

I was over in Annecy on business and hesitated on my choice of several hotels for a one night stop over. I finally chose this one because it sparked my imagination. It's original: you access it via a courtyard with an antique shop and there's greenery hanging from all balconies, it's not like walking into a hotel you can find...
