This is a wonderful hotel. Lovely clean rooms with stunning views over Mont Blanc. The Breakfast was outstanding and plentyful just right for a day up the mountains. But the best part of the hotel was the very warm welcome and helpfulness of the staff nothing was too much trouble. Full of useful information and top tips. I would recommend...

Nice, quiet and friendly hotel in central Chamonix. Decent price. I stayed here during the Marathon weekend and I had no complaints. Breakfast was not included in the price but you could buy that extra for 12 Euro and I think that it was a good breakfast..

Just returned from doing the TMB hike with a group of 7 women. Stayed here before and after the hike. We were warmly greeted each time and made to feel very welcomed. Alex always had a smile and friendly word. Joy was a bartender who very sweetly served us wine on the adjoining patio. Rooms were clean and cozy. We...

We had the handicapped room (though we are not) on the first floor which was very convenient and right on top of the rushing water--made for great sleeping! The room and bathroom were amply sized, though they had not yet been updated. The hotel is in a PERFECT, central location in the heart of town, right next to the pedestrian...

Stayed four nights here, what a lovely happy hotel, two minutes from the centre right on the river Arve. Nice, clean comfortable room with views of Mont Blanc and the Brevant. Great to sleep with the window open listening to the mad river going by. I have to mention the staff who were so nice, Maria and especially Alex who...

Stayed 2 nights at this hotel recently. Room was a reasonable size - furnishings perhaps a bit dated, but that is part of the ambience! Value for price paid. Lovely views to the river from our room. Friendly staff. Great base to go to Mont Blanc and explore the Chamonix area. We did however find that a few activities in...

I arrive solo on a bus from Geneva, and was pleasantly surprised by how friendly the staff was, and my room was very comfortable and clean with a traditional Alps decor. It was easy to grab a beer downstairs, the breakfast downstairs was hearty, fresh and a great way to start a day before hiking. I really enjoyed this hotel,...

Superbly located right in town centre of Chamonix. Very friendly and cosy hotel, recently refurbished rooms. Near lots of bars, shops and restaurants. Great breakfast that goes til late. Good wifi all over. Chamonix skiing is spread out so no hotel is near all the slopes, and there will be some walking and buses, which is just Chamonix - it's...

Any hotel in a large French ski area which manages to look after all guests politely and efficiently, provides wifi in comfortable rooms, serves up breakfast untill 1000, endless supply of very hot water and provides a shower room for you to use if you have a late in the day transfer is doing the job well. My only criticism...
