We stayed here on a week long ski holiday. The hotel was wonderful! It is very clean and well appointed. The service was exceptional. There is no lift, our room was on the top (2nd) floor, and it was a little difficult getting our luggage up and down, but otherwise the stairs were not a problem at all. The room...

Stayed here for a short break early march. We were late arriving and very hungry. The receptionist pointed us in the direction of a nice restaurant that served food late. We also had a room upgrade. The staff couldn't have been more helpful throughout our trip. Advising us where would be best to ski depending on weather. The rooms were...

Our stay at the Hotel le Faucigny was absolutely lovely! The staff really make the stay! They were so wonderful, friendly and helpful! From the check-in to breakfast to tea time to restaurant reservations--they were fantastic! The hotel is located perfectly to get you to any of the slopes fast and to great restaurants and shopping! The only negative was...

We had a reservation to stay here for 3 nights, but upon seeing how small the room is, I politely asked if there were any other rooms available. The staff - ? manager/owner - took this as a personal insult and verbally derided me for the next 15 minutes as she showed me one other available room. I was the...

Dear Mr Woodman, Thank you for sharing you reviews via Tripadvisor. We are sorry we didn't meet your expectations and all our efforts to try to make you happy upon your check in made such a personal and subjective opinion of our service and our guests approach. We are very transparent about the room size on our official website and...

My wife and i stayed here for one night before moving into an apartment with a few friends. The hotel is centrally located, the staff very friendly and the rooms cosy. The hotel does not have a lift so consider that if you do not like stairs. The food was great and was great value in terms of the options...

I stayed 7 nights at Hotel Le Faucigny and enjoyed it very much. The staff was friendly and very helpful. It is just 2 blocks to the main part of Chamonix with restaurants and bars. The bus stop is close or you can walk to lift to Le Brevant. It's uphill and not easy but you can walk! There's coffee...

Central position by the church. Lovely old hotel which has been furnished to a good standard and in a modern style. Staff were all excellent - so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good indeed and there are some comfy, relaxing areas to sit in. Would definitely stay here again and would encourage others to do the same!

Stayed here for two nights with my wife. Incredibly hospitable staff. Extremely clean and well kept. Common areas are very nicely done. Room is small but quite cozy. Would stay again without hesitation.

Fabulous central hotel in Chamonix, relaxing, comfy, clean & well styled rooms though on the small side. The staff were amazing, helpful and friendly, they catered for me being vegan for breakfast with soy milk & yoghurt, great cakes for afternoon after ski treats too. Nice spa for after skiing and they have tea & coffee available in the cosy...
