The staff couldn't be more friendly - and it is a very comfortable hotel with great access to the slopes and a great SPA . Everything perfect. The food and service in the restaurant is very good too. A great skiing base.

We have been coming to Carlina for a few years, the location is just amazing with the best terrace in Courchevel. Everyone in the hotel is very nice and caring. The hotel is also very kids friendly and you can see a lot of families during the holidays.

Nice hotel, very classic old style type of feel to it. First time in Courchevel, the hotel is very welcoming and the staff are friendly. They dropped us to places with hotel car when needed. Its a quiet hotel, rooms have keys no cards. Location is good in the village itself. Nothing bad to say about it to be honest....

A ski-in, ski-out cozy hotel in a very convenient location near the center of the village! Very good accommodation! With a store of ski rentals! Spacious living room to relax! With an indoors swimming pool!

The hotel has a GREAT location, but in all other ways this is a 5 star hotel that is totally overrated with zero atmosphere! I will not return to this hotel and I do not recommend it. At these rates, next time I would look for a better choice because there is nothing special about the hotel and it felt...

We only visited this hotel for dinner. We were very disappointed, lacked atmosphere, bar area very large & formal. The restaurant staff were not worthy of the 5 stars that this hotel has. They lacked attention to detail. Service was poor. Wine choice was good but expensive. Just glad we didn't stay here but at their sister hotel Les Ducs...

We have stayed here several times as a family of four. The location on the Bellecote piste is great and the ski room staff very helpful in laying out your skis and taking them off you at the end of the day. Transfers from and too Geneva handled well by reception staff, who with all the other staff could not...

I let you judge: 1. Upon arrival (check-in) in room after ski wanted to drink some water. You would think a hotel which charges a humongous amount of money for its rooms would be thinking of putting a bottle of water with the compliments of management. This is not the case, neither during the day nor after turn down service....

The hotel has an amazing location and is truly ski in ski out. The staff in the boot room get your skis and boots ready for you in the morning and put them away in the afternoon. The hotel has a pool and spa and one restaurant/bar. It is in need of refurbishment and is dated. The bathrooms are basic,...

Almost perfect in terms of location, layout and food. Also they have a great musician every night during peak season. This was our second year at this hotel with family and friends and would not hesitate recommending it again. The pool and the sauna facilities are great. Also, the chef and the restaurant/bar staff are friendly and very service oriented....
