Having had a fabulous skiing holiday in 2014 with Ski Total at The Coq de Bruyere Courchevel, we decided to bite the bullet and try our luck with a return visit in 2015. We booked the same room No 56. We were well aware that the staff are rotated from season to season hence we were unsure what to expect....

The starting premise for any booking in France should be the star rating. This is a three star rated chalet hotel run by Ski Total, and comfortably achieves that rating. It is reasonably priced in a high price resort, evening meals with wine are included, where eating out would easily top a 100 euros per night. The staff were attentive...

We are veterans now of many skiing trips but the team at Coq de Bruyere made this one of the best. Always smiling, always helpful and flexible in approach. This made the atmosphere in the lounge very friendly and welcoming. The food was really good and everyone's individual needs were taken into account. What could have been a disaster, the...

having stayed on many occasions I am sorry to say the food was 'ok' , and service was 'functional' - nothing to get excited about. definite signs that staff have bedded-in, season's well under way; merely do their job awaiting their next night-off !! crazy afternoon tea times - last ski-lift 5pm - tea and cakes - 4 - 5pm...

We are truly sorry that you felt let down on this occasion, compared with previous stays with us and unlike other guests who have been very happy with our service this season. We hope you may yet consider taking another holiday with us in the future.

We stayed here during the last week of January and can't praise the place enough. I Was the leader of a group of 13 and we were all very satisfied with all aspects of the chalet. We were met off the transfer coach by the friendly staff who carried our luggage to our rooms. As with most Chalet hotels in...

We have just returned from an excellent week at this hotel where the Management and staff went the extra mile to ensure our stay was memorable. Although the rooms were small and the hotel itself was rather dated the staff, the food and the location made it a first class stay..

This is the first review we have written on TripAdvisor but felt the to need to register just to say how impressed we were during our stay here. The pick up from the airport with Ski Total went smoothly and the rep on the coach was very friendly, provided information about the ski area, lift passes, ski hire, etc... The...

This was my third trip with Ski Total, I thought the previous chalet hotels were well run, but this one I thought was faultless. The staff were so friendly & helpful, they clearly had a good leader & number two, (well done Sarah). As for the food, starting with a full English & finishing with a great dinner which was...

returned home yesterday after spending a week here with my 22yr old Grandson, and at least 40 other club members. The staff were fantastic and friendly to everyone, and the ages ranged from 22yrs to late 70s. There were a good choice of meals, and the food was brilliant with something to suit all tastes and dietary requirements ,The hotel...

Last year,2014, our club visited the Ski Total hotel Champs Avalins in Val which I rated as a hard act to follow. However our trip to the "Coq" in Courchevel 1850 last week proved that the standard set by S/T is being maintained. The staff are very helpful, most polite and always smartly turned out. Sven's meals were of a...
