This hotel is cheap and has basic facilities to match the price, but for me there were too much missing to justify the price. You don't get room keys, instead you need a 6 digit access code to get into the hotel and to get into your room, no way I could remember this, so had to put it on my phone and check each time, I was not alone with this as most people had to do the same. Staff unhelpful and not friendly with the exception of the lady at breakfast who was very nice. Internet was like trying to break into a bank, first I had to complete a form with all my detail including my mobile phone number so they could then send me an SMS with an access code, I then entered the access code, which took me through to another form, I had to enter my room number and my 6 digit room access code, plus email address again, seriously !!!!, finally getting onto the internet and it was utterly rubbish, rubbish speeds and kept dropping out completely, worst internet experience I've had in years, I would of used 4G but there was no service either, not the hotels fault, but it didn't help my mood. The hotel is overlooked by buildings, there was no privacy screen on the window, so you had a choice, dark room with curtain closed, or curtains open and people across the street watching you. Pillows on the bed are the smallest pillows I've ever seen, tiny and useless. Breakfast was OK, scrambled eggs, bacon, bread, croissants, meats etc. no complaints there. Yes it was cheap, but I would not recommend, pay €10 more and get luxury

This hotel has rellay good value and low prices. It's clean and centrally located, there's an own parking as well. The rooms have a fair size, are clean and well equipped (with chromecast, tv etc.). The bed is comfy as well. It's quite silent in the night as well which gurantees a good sleep. The breakfast is quite nice too, eggs, bacon, croissants etc. everything you need! What I didn't like was that the soap dispenser in the shower was empty and even after I left a note for the room-maid the dispenser wasn't refilled. Also the doors had a code instead of a key and on our last day (check out at 12) the code wasn't working any more and we had to get someone from the front desk to open the room for us. Other than that I'd stay there again and recommend it to anybody travelling on a budget.

Average service with helpful staff. Room service didn't change towels each day. I don't know why. Breakfast was simple and may be not enough for the all guests. There isn't view and room lighting system is good.

This is the dirtiest hotel with the worst possible customer service and staff I have been to in my life. There was leftover hair in the shower, clipped nails and litter on the floor, and dust all over the room, including on the sheets which, by the way, smelled of sweat. To make matters worse, my group of 6 people included a pregnant woman and two seniors with limited mobility I attempted to ask to change my group to cleaner rooms but there was no one at the front desk at night (Yes, that's right - this is the first hotel I've stayed in that does not have anyone at the front desk during night hours). Also, I immediately called booking.com to try to get some support, waited for over 1 hour, and all they said is that they would contact the property in the morning by email - completely useless. After a terrible night, we tried speaking to the manager to see how we could best solve the issue but she not only did not speak English but also made no effort to help us - offer an apology, cleaner rooms, or any solution to our problem. She was EXTREMELY RUDE and refused to give us a refund for the unused days (note that we did not ask for a refund for the day we stayed there). All she did, after a lot of discussions and trying to communicate to her we were not going to make our family go through the nightmare of staying there for 5 days, was to offer to refund us the breakfast we had already purchased and city tax fees, which we did not accept. We attempted to get a solution through Booking.com and after multiple calls, all they said was that the hotel manager refused to provide a refund and then offered us 25 Euros as compensation (our reservation was over 1,200 Euros). Well, I have been traveling the world for many years and have NEVER had such a bad experience with a hotel as I have with this B&B property. The pictures speak for themselves. If you are even remotely thinking of staying here, please do yourself and your loved ones a favor and book your stay at a real hotel.

call on the mobile to this hotel. spoke to a man who did not "understand" English, he spoke in French before speaking in English. I said that it makes no sense to you to speak French because we don't understand it. he says he can't speak French but we communicate for more than 10 minutes on the mobile. i had to repeat things 2 each. when we talk on the cellphone we say we have a car. when we get to the hotel and check in and pay 02 on the mornigen, then we ask where should we park the car? he says no sorry we have no parking. we say we need parking because we can't leave it on the street because then it is not safely parked. He asks me packers on the corner of the street where they do road work so anyone can come and bully it. we asked if the car gets bulged who is going to take responsibility for it. on top of all this he says that the car can only stand there until 09 on the morning and now we talk about it is 02:30 on the morning.he also talks about my personality and says in an extremely rude way "why did you not learn French - you should be able to come here "we talk a lot more and he is simply not understanding and is unwilling to send us to anyone else, give us the money back or even say sorry. at this point I call 03 on the morning. I tell my dad that I will not discuss with someone who is not understanding and cooperative as I have had a major back surgery less than 6 months ago. he is not willing to tell us our numbered room that we paid for. the next morning we get up early and go out to the ticket machine to put the ticket into the car, but we do not understand because it is in French. we ask around and it says it is free during the summer holidays. we come in and talk to manege but he is not neglected and he says that there are 100 people living here at this time and we can not give you parking too. then shows that your employee works here in this barrage but does not know that there is free parking and I said "what you are trying to say to me that you have spoken French to all the person who came to you and that everyone speaks French?" manager lies on top of it all by saying that the manager is coming tomorrow and that here he did not see English. It simply says that the hotel is fine but that you will get more customers as soon as you replace it.
