This is a love-hate joint. Seems that reviews are very polar. I had signed up for a three week stay here without reading the reviews because the price was agreeable and the photos in the online brochure didn't look that bad. Then I read the reviews and panic set in. Crappy rooms, noisy, threatening neighborhood. Lordy, I was going to...

We wanted to have a weekend city-break and didn't care much about the room, because we didn't plan to stay inside. So we chose this hotel, especially because it's located near the city centre. Don't let that fool you!! It is near the centre, but it's like a whole different world, full of noise, drunk people, and a general atmosphere...

Well, of course there are several things but having stayed here for a month, I was delighted by its location (10 mins from Bellecour on foot and with metro and tram stops less than 5), the cleanliness of the foyer and the kitting out of the room itself were all spot on. What, then, were the downsides? Pretty small actually....no...

Apartment type of hotel. Good service. People in reception were speaking English, I stayed there 2 times, September 2013 and August 2014. Next to the Metro station, and walking distance from the river, and to the old part of the city. Not luxury, but fair accommodation. You can cook your food if you wanna save some money during the travel,...

We stayed here for a long weekend in November. We chose this place because of the price and availability, we also liked the idea of being able to store and prepare our own food to save a bit of money. The room was pretty basic and small, and initially smelt strongly of cigarette smoke. The area was OK, we never...

Horrible experience. Not cheap in a rather bad part of the city. Noisy, full of students. Nobody in the reception speaks English. Rooms are small, neither comfortable, nor modern. There are random people drinking alcohol sometimes when the reception is closed. Breakfast was very small and not cheap. I would difinitely not come back to this one.

I stayed there in the residence part for the period of 3 moths. I was paying 540 euros a month, and for this price my internet wasn't working, there was NO SERVICE AT ALL, nobody was cleaning the corridors, there were parties every second day, and I was recieving my mail with 4-5 days delay. At the end I recieved...

This apartment hotel goes by different names on different sites so it can be hard to find reviews: it is called Les Estudines a Lyon on the building, it's a member of the Sejours et Affairs Apartment chain, so it is also called Sejours et Affairs a Lyon ... and then on trip advisor it is known as the Residence...
