Nice beds, nice lobby, clean rooms, free drinks in the corridor, terrace, very very nice location ! Price is expensive for what it is ! You pay the good location of the hotel mainly ! Welcoming desk : nice but a bit slow (as is the elevator)

This is a no frills hotel. But it's perfectly located for a visit to Lyon. My husband and I were in-transit and found it a perfect stop. It's clean, tidy, the staff friendly and the breakfast quirky and convenient.

This is at heart a basic hotel but one with a difference - comfortable beds, good bathrooms, free water and wi-fi, friendly helpful staff and a good breakfast. Staff were exceptionally helpful and we really enjoyed out stay. The decor added to the atmosphere and I am already booked back to this hotel for my next visit to Lyon. Easy... More

Looking for something different in a great location - the heart of Old Lyon - then look no further. Very friendly reception staff, very comfortable relaxing sitting area with plenty of books and magazines. Our room had a great view up to the Basilica, was comfortable and adequate space. Good value.

We arrived in Lyon late only to find that the Resistance Museum we very much wanted to see was closed, had been for a week + and would be for at least another week. Traffic was a bear to the museum so we arrived at the hotel frazzled. The desk clerk was nice and helpful. Our room was wonderful. We... More

I will start with things that I loved about the hotel. Atmosphere, decor and location. Hotel situated in the Old Lyon, close to all the beautiful little streets, bouchons lyonnais (typical restaurants of Lyon), and funicular to Fourviere (hill overlooking Lyon). Crossing the bridge - presqu'ile of Lyon (peninsula), place in between two rivers - there is lots to see,... More

Loved this hotel, it is a funky boutique hotel just in the historic part of this city. We had an easy walk to the shopping district across a nearby bridge and it's was a short uncomplicated drive to the train station. Parking was cheap at 70 p per hour and overnight parking is 4.80 euros for the night.. Our room... More

The Collège Hotel in Lyon is a very funny place in Lyon. I discovered it in a design magazine and was totally seduced by the idea. All the deco in the Hotel is directly inspired by the school mood of the fifties, the breakfast place, witth school tables, the lounge with large sofas and an old tv, a lot of... More

We stayed in this hotel last week and found it to be perfect if you want to stay in Lyon for one night. Every floor has a old fashion fridge with bottles of water or pop for guest to use as they need. The rooms are very clean, great showers, free wifi as well as flat screen tv with lots... More
