We took a late Easter ski break here and got a good discount. Staff were very helpful and friendly- always smiling and happy to help us. Food was lovely and plentiful. Complimentary wine was also good and palatable. Room was very old fashioned with grubby view over a rooftop and rubbish outside. Bathrooms seem recently renovated but bedrooms old and...

Very old and in poor condition. Always looked grubby. Pool a health hazard, not in use and nothing like brochure photos. Mark Warner customer service not interested in complaints or improvements. The only slightly good thing was the very sweet nanny. Nursery was the cleanest place in the whole hotel. But it did have a blocked sink all week.

Had the most amazing week at Hotel Val'disere with the Mark Warner team. I took my 5 year old son Louis for his first ski trip and it couldn't have gone any better. The hotel is ideally located very close to the ski school, the staff were amazing making us feel very welcome and they all played their part. Food...

We had a good holiday, despite what seems to be the inevitable vomit experience at this hotel, because the sun shone every day and the snow conditions were perfect. We also had a nice bunch of little mates for our kids, which makes all the difference. The hotel and food were adequate and childcare good this time (Tignes with Mark...

Firstly I want put a stop to a load of derogatory and outright nonsense reviews you are reading on here. The food was great, the hotel was great, the service and team was outstanding and our stay overall was tremendous. Especially Dec, even when stole children's afternoon dinner unbeknown to us he didn't make a fuss. You get what you...

Have just returned from this location and must admit that we were very disappointed. We only booked with Mark Warner as we were led to believe that they are "One of the Best" ! We have been ski-ing in both French, Austrian and Italian Resorts over the last 15 years with Crystal etc and can honestly say that this was...

I must have visited this hotel about six times over the last eight years and when we first went years ago, I loved it. Sadly it's not the hotel it was some time ago. The location is good and we love Val D'Isere but the hotel is poor. As many reviewers have said, it's shabby, the food was very poor...
