The hotel, room, parking, and staff were very nice. We were greeted with two glasses of sparkling wine, and had complementary red wine, water, and a variety of fruit in our room. The hotel provides an additional hour in the nearby thermal bath with a coupon, as well as robes, towels, and a bag to take to the spa. Unfortunately,...

This was the first time in Baden Baden and decided to try an off brand hotel.  Well this turned out to be a pleasant surprise.  The hotel staff was very friendly and always had a smile on their faces.  The room was very spacious and very clean.  The one downside was the bed.  Comfortable but two twin beds doesn't equal...

We've just spent a lovely weekend in Baden Baden & really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff are welcoming & v helpful. The room was huge & clinical but I like that. A couple of points, the bath towels were a little small & there was an odd set up on the beds with 2 separate quilts, not sure...

We have stayed a few times before at this hotel. It is almost perfect. Attention paid to the smallest of details. Large rooms with big, comfortable beds, 3 seater lounge and single seat, desk, small fridge, coffee making facility, large bathroom with bath, lots of natural light, free mini bar with cold drinks and beer, complimentary half bottle of red...

Our first stay at the hotel and we thought it was fantastic. While the junior suite is more like a standard hotel room, there are much larger rooms with best views facing the spas instead of the street. The staff could not be more pleasant and attentive. They were always available to help us and to make sure our stay...

We booked a junior suite with street view a month in advanced - and yes we booked the street view but we didn't expect to get a room just above the entrance to the parking lot (on -1). According to reception there are no available rooms for tonight and we have 9 nights already booked... We were expecting a nice...

We had a junior suite on the second floor overlooking the spa. As before, the decor is plain and simple but stylish. The breakfast is excellent and guests are greeted personally by the proprietor. Good parking and good underground access to the spa (although it does take you through the car park). If we are in Baden Baden again this...

We stayed 2 nights but should have stayed longer! Baden-Baden is a very pretty city. Nice shopping, wonderful spas, and good restaurants and bakeries. Our room was very big and bright (very large windows!). The bathroom was huge, and, recently renovated. The breakfast was delicious. There was a great variety of fruit (including all kinds of berries), baked goods, cheese,...

Very good hotel with spacious rooms, very crisp and clean. Good beds with decent matresses and a friendly staff providing an excellent service, make the stay complete. Breakfast was delicious, for example they make your egg 'a la minute', just the way you want. All in all a great hotel, worthy of it's price. One remark though, not important enough...
