Booked this hotel kind of last minute-it was a great price. We stayed two nights-including Valentines Day. Very basic room-not romantic by any means but the location is great. There is a cute tapas and wine bar across the street. We parked our car and did not use it again until checkout because everything was so darn close. It snowed...

I don't know if my boyfriend and I stayed during a particularly good period or whether some of the other travellers had a particularly bad experience, but I had no problems whatsoever at the hotel. The room was a good size, but a little basic. There was a LCD TV with a choice of around 10 channels, desk, wardrobe, chair...

location is good, room size is ok, bathroom is terrible - tiny shower with plastic curtains, very noisy in the evening, bar across the street. They sell password to use internet for 4 Euro. Internet works only in reception which is open only till 9 PM. When we complained about this, once again it was our problem. Breakfast is ok...

My husband and I chose Regent Hotel for the price alone. We're on a budget so that's our priority. At €81/night it was in our price range (just barely) and allowed for an inexpensive mini-break. We have never stayed anywhere before with this great of a location. We stumbled upon it as we were wandering around the town, still trying...

I have never been so badly treated as I was at the Regent....my friend and I booked a two night stay to celebrate her 50th birthday on my recommendation. Baden is a town I visit frequently, but my usual hotel-Golden Lowen-was booked so we chose the Regent. BIG MISTAKE! Admittedly, we arrived at about 10.30pm which was after their 9pm...

I was a little concerned when we initially booked this hotel based on the other reviews, but I can honestly say that it far exceeded my expectations and I would definitely stay there again. It is centrally based which is great. It is very reasonably priced as well. The hotel rooms are basically furnished, but comfortable and a good size....

Very clean, large room. TV with German stations only. Small but clean bathroom complete with hair dryer and lots of towels. The hotel staff do not stay at the hotel overnight. Included buffet breakfast was great - buns, yogourt, granola, coldcuts, cheese, hazelnut spread, tea, juice and coffee. 5 minute walk to pedestrian walkways/shopping. 10 minutes to Caracella Therme spa....

Bad Points: City tax added on upon departure despite a prepaid reservation (hotels.com), No car parking, 5 Tv channels (is this the eighties?), extra charge to use the wi-fi N/A: Didnt try the breakfast so cant comment
