Had a quiet single room on the first floor, it was small but cozy and had everything a hotel room should have. The bed was extremely comfortable and the desk very good for working. The breakfast is extremely rich - with an enormous variety of choices. Overall, a very beautiful quiet little hotel - would happily return any time.

Needed somewhere to stay on our way from Switzerland to Rhudesheim and Freiburg fitted the bill. Looked on the sat-nav for hotels and this one came up. Drove round and knocked on the door. Was shown to a clean and comfortable room with a balcony overlooking the street. Very friendly and helpful lady at reception. 5 minute walk into the...

I spent three days here for a business trip. The hotel is very close to the Altstadt, the historical centre of Freiburg. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and WiFi reliable. Breakfast is decent. Recommended.

Great hotel in an old art deco building (ca. 1905), with all the modern comfort you would expect. Very hard for our bus to reach it, but it is not far at all from the main train station. Lobby a little narrow, and the receptionist a little confused, but it all worked. Narrow elevator. Our room on the 3rd floor...

I stayed in this hotel and it was a somewhat nice stay. The location was good for wandering around the city. It's a 5 minute walk from the Bahnhof and several shopping areas, including the alstadt. The breakfast was excellent, but the hotel manager can be a little surly. Don't ask the staff helping at the buffet to sit on...

Small hotel, period property, clean, comfortable, quiet. Compact bathroom, well sized room (2 chairs which was welcome). Wifi included. Great breakfast buffet - very wide selection. Reception shuts in the evening so your key opens the main front door if you are out late... Staff took a little while to warm up but friendly and helpful by the time we...

I stayed in the single room with separate bathroom (located on the top floor), which is a very affordable option if your goal is to be out and about exploring. The room is tiny, yet functional and cozy; the bathroom is quite large compared to other rooms. Bed was very comfortable, but it was easy to rise in the morning...

We stayed here for two nights and it was a pleasure to do so. Our room was large, spotlessly clean and well furnished. All the staff made us and our little boy very, very welcome. Breakfast was fantastic. Loved Freiburg, hotel is in a great location, can't recommend it highly enough.

We came for a family meeting and the rooms and the complete setup was nice and clean. Service was very friendly. The offered a full breakfast with all sorts of cereals including fruits, coffee and tea. Wireless LAN was included too and the interiors were somehow stylish and partially art nouveau.

Hotel Minerva is comfortable, welcoming, very friendly. It's also quite convenient to train and bus stations as well as the city center. This is our favorite place to stay in Freiburg. Our latest room was quite large and very comfortable compared to most others we visited during our recent travels. We especially enjoyed the balcony especially given the sunny weather...
