This hotel has a great location for visiting Heidelberg, but what makes it really good is the staff. We were welcomed with a lovely smile and any questions we had before we arrived was answered promptly and helpfully. The rooms were all very clean and an added bonus was parking for our cars. Would recommend this hotel for groups like...

This is a family hotel run by un- nice people. You would expect from a family run hotel to be friendlier. The location is very good –walking distance from all the places you want and yet in a small quiet street. The room is clean but very basic –soft bed, a cheap type of soap and a shampoo from a...

The pluses: 1. Location: Very near location transportation so its easy to get to the train station and the old town. Also near Bismarckplatz with its shopping choices. . A taxi from the train station was less than Euro 6. Just a block away is the stop for the Luftansa shuttle service to Frankfurt airport. Neighborhood services also include a...

We selected Hotel Kohler based on tripadvisor reviews and we could not have made a better choice in Heidelberg!! From checking in until our departure, we were pleased with every aspect of this small, family-run hotel. Friendly, helpful staff and a fantastic location! Our small room with 2 twin beds was immaculately clean and the space was more than adequate....

Very nice small hotel, just minutes away from Bismarckplatz and the old city. Nice big family room with an old style high ceiling. Clean and well kept. Breakfast decent and adequate. Staff quite friendly. Owner himself sits there. English was an issue with some of the staff but we managed. Road quiet but still very close to the centre &...

Great location easy walking distance to train or any tourist sites. Front desk was always helpful and friendly. The breakfast was nothing to write home about but was in line with what to expect from 3 star hotel. Rooms were clean and building was in a well maintained condition. Owner was very hands on. One morning I was late to...

The hotel is nicely located close to the main city centre and the river. The rooms and bathroom are all excellent quality. The breakfast is excellent too. You can get internet in room by paying a small amount. It is one of the best and cheap hotels one can find in a city like heidelberg.
